Yeah, Hellshing and Vimpire D: Blood Lust are the best vampire shows ever.
And for those who said that Shingetusan !#@ (i don't know how to spell it) is better than these vampire shows. I think that hey are worng because that anime doesn't have much relation with vampires. It has no action and terror. In another words it is not an anime about vampires. So yeah Hellshing and Vampire D are the best vampire shows ever.

Indeed the atmoshere of Hellsing is really excellent, too bad that they completely messed up the end of this show...
I recommend to read the manga, at the beginning the drawing is a little odd but the history is 100 times better than in the anime. And the volume 6 is out lately ^^ |

Hellsing was really cool. Sorta like a poor history (anime) IMO (compared to the manga), but it was really worth watching |

Hellsing was a great animation put into a poor story... they have a really good manga that they felt the need to compress into just 13 episodes which was impossible... so there you have it... the characters are great I hope they make a bigger second season but the story is shit...
In the manga, for instance, the girl isn't soooo childish as it is displayed in the anime, she is a lot eager to drink human blood and be mean and run amok... in the anime she seems to have lived with Madre Teresa de Calcuta... |

Gonzo ran out of HellSing manga fairly fast. I think the anime was made when there was only 2 or 3 volumes of manga out...
Silly... HellSing 1-8 = EXCELLENT!!! HellSing 9-13 = err... barely watchable Thankfully Dark Horse are releasing the manga now and I read the first volume the other day. While the manga loses Gonzo's magic touch on things of course, it still seems excellent, so check it out. And oh yes, Arucard = BADASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He seems even more of a badass in the manga, I'm a'hippen ^_^ |

oops haha , got that wrong, anyway i play that game before and he was very cool, when i watch hellsing, i would actually prefer the game's character rather than the anime's bud since .. alucard might have grown tired of his black and white costume, thought of something reddish |

I won't lie, I enjoyed Hellsing. Alot. Everything was awesome...until the last eps. Since the manga hadn't been finished at the time, the creators decided to make up their own story and that's the reason for the rushed ending. The whole Incognito thing was just...bah just read the manga. Much better IMO and you get to see what ACTUALLY happens.
Yes Alucard is the vamp man. |

I quite enjoyed it, as far as quick ending GONZO ending an anime series quick seems to be their "thing". There ending Chrno Crusade at episode 13 too. He at least they didn't kill it by putting like 20 episodes of fillers in it right. Like unfortunately too many other anime's we know.
