maybe check out Hellsing tv or ova.
or check out devil may cry.

I could say some things, if only you tell me what you like about Zombie Loan.

The Graphics, Storyline, Characters, etc

If you mean everything overall, i dont think there are many anime that are similar to it

maybe tokyo majin gakuen kenpuchou... animation is alike and there r like Zombies or somethin.. ull like it.
