Lunar's is just fine, IMHO. I have no complaints.
Well, 5 finished the prologue, I guess. It answers all remaining questions. One of the big strengths of this series is that _all_ characters are likable with very believable motivations. There are no 'good' or 'evil' characters so far. Nice |

I agree that one of the series strong points is the realistic characters. I'm planning on showing this to my friends, it seems like a good show for non-anime watchers. Believable settings and characters, along with a well written plot and some nice twists. My roommate will enjoy it since the last show I tried to get him to watch was FLCL, he's still recovering I think.

*lol*
That's surprising, because I thought that I was pretty much alone with my soft spot for Akane She's extremely overdoing things in the present, but you can't really blame her. Very overprotective of Haruka. And in episode 2 she just cracked me up. I hope that there's eventually going to be a translation of the game. |

I think Akane's probably the best character of the bunch. I mean, she's outgoing, she's physically adept, and yet she's also very sensitive and caring at time. (e.g. she actually changed back to elementary uniform when her sister woke up.) And also, she's seems to be a nice person. Too bad she's soo badly misinformed... (or is she?) |

And I wonder if she's mad at Mitsuki because of her sister or because she's jealous? |

The anime director should honestly edit out any unrequited love angle for Akane. Being a damned H game I understand that every female can become involved, but in Akane's case it's just stupid. If she was just angry because of jelousy, it makes her performance completely unbelievable.

I don't think it's really unbelievable. If she wouldn't have a very soft spot for Takayuki herself, she wouldn't have directed her hatred towards Mitsuki alone. She would try to protect her precious sister from a two-timer then!
Still, he thinks of him as onii-chan - why? That she cares for him is very obvious (ep5, teary Akane begging Mitsuki to take care of onee-san AND ONII-CHAN), the question is how far this care really goes. I guess that's what eps 6-14 are for |
