I believe people said Horo uses oirango, or "courtesan speech." According to Wikipedia, it was the speech used by high-class prostitutes in the Edo period, and resembled old-fashioned court language more than common speech. But I wonder if this (or that) are oirango or just high-class speech. Don't know.

I've said it before. The world would be a better place if people spontaneously broke out into song and dance.

I got my wish. Between this episode and Koume's dream sequence in Taisho, my musical sense has been sated. More shows this season need to get in on the trend. Just imagine where it could lead.

NEEDLESS: The Musical! Basquash set to songs from Eclipse. Well, more than it already is. Even GA could get in on the act. Even the Umi series could benefit from a musical interlude.

This is much better than the world of Black RX. In fact, I think it put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

And thus, I gladly knight this episode with the alternate title of "Netsuretsu Kangei Waterland".

Yes! to spontaneous song. A mini-musical. At first, I thought the swimsuit-delivery thing was just a neat way of getting two swimsuit eps. But then we got the musical and the backyard pool, lol. It's great to hear them singing unaccompanied. Exposes the voices, but not bad.

Once again, this show gives us something a bit different. I love all the characters. And I'm pleased for Mizuhara Kaoru that she's doing such a terrific job with the Dairi-san.

Is this show the natural successor to K-On? Moe, music, and a group of mutually-supportive girls. Oh, yes: and Toyosaki Aki.

ep 4 ~ Oni! Oni! Oni! HAHAHAHAHA

Now this was truly brilliant and possibly my favourite episode from the series so far

Now the last time an entire episode was made into a musical that comes to memory was from Kurenai, and that was a long time ago. I really have to agree with the fact that stuff like this just doesn't happen often enough and while I wouldn't like to see it being overused, I would still like it to occur more often. Breaking out into spontaneous song like that...if only that happened in real life then the world would truly be a better place to live in XD

And I have to give them major credit for turning "nothingness" into something. There really wasn't any story to this episode but it was still very enjoyable and entertaining to watch. The characters in this series are all colourful, bursting with energy and simply adorable. I simply have nothing to complain about when they give us stuff like this. Lovely XD

Haruka's part at the start was my favourite too. I just laughed my ass off at how she matched her scream to the end of the song

First there was that totally awesome brilliant little part in Taishou Yakyuu Musume and now this!
Any random spontaneous song and dance always remind me Scrubs.
But as Deathie says would be great to see more but also don't want to see it overused.

4th song: Hey, this is not so bad after all once you get used to it
5th song: *sing along*

The 4th episode is the musical one. My favorite song is Haruka's "Slip-Off" song which sang in the first 5 minutes of the episode.
