besides it`s classified as a harem manga(Well I noticed that, so moving on and oh it`s normal thing to see many girls surround the guy in harem genre/well girl surrounded by boys same also?)

He's just going insane, because any crossdressing male or yaoi shown in anime/manga violates Section 1 of the 'SaintessHeart Penal Code'. Seeing Keima with a wig is enough for him.

Oh I get the point of these "present day present time" chapters now.

They are basically to resolve all the issues caused by the Goddess arc. That some of the girls don't know anything about Weiss, that the girls don't know each and also giving each girl a type of "epilogue" for their individual arcs. If the real Keima was around nothing then would get resolved.

It's kinda sad that the two loli's have to share their epilogues, I guess because of their size?
