Have you ever listened to something so boring, you space out and stop paying attention to it. That's the problem I'm having with Side Y.

It's... well, I'm having trouble with the first track because I can't summon my finite well of diligence to translate.

So this may take awhile.

That's fine, the Movie Sound Stages haven't been very good, nor have they revealed any interesting information.

First Track is mostly Rein, Lily and Tohma talking a bunch of intrascendental stuff. It will get better in latter tracks as more info of the Bible of the silver Cross is revealed.

Don't worry, even if it takes a while, i'll wait patiently cause i'm pretty interested in Side-Y xD!

Megami was where you got these sound stages, so to differ them from the 'regular' sound stages they were called megami sound stages.

All questions answered are supposed to be canon, but the 4th wall breaking means that the opinions on their canonicity are divided.

And frankly, said sound stages never answered anything vital. Some were even retconned by later installments.

That's distressing.

It was the first Megami Sound Stage that featured Nanoha confirming for us that Yuuno's defense was better than hers.

Then again, it was also the Sound Stage that made it sound like Nanoha was saying Yuuno should stay in the kitchen.

Oddly, it was also the Sound Stage that had Fate tell Yuuno she would support him in courting Nanoha.

The first track was partially assisted by OrderNorChaos.

I actually finished almost half of this track when I lost all willpower to continue. OrderNorChaos actually has translated all the tracks on his own and wanted me to do some editting/translation checks for him.

Future tracks will be relying heavily on his translation. So say 'thanks' to the guy.

You know, I also thought for a brief moment 'Signum is actually a Saiyan' too.

It took awhile to translate that particular sentence because it seemed so weird. In the end, I went with 'bad translation' just in case I was wrong.

Track 1: Special Investigation 6th Division: The Apprentice Trio and Rein Spoiler for Track 1: Side Y: Thoma: Year 82 of the new calendar, on one of many gateway dimensional worlds such as Midchilda, a great many incidents are happening. (alt trans: Various incidents are happening in the dimension of Mid-Childa.) On one such a world, I, Thoma Avenir, became drawn into the Eclipse Case/Incident while on a trip. After meeting up with people, fighting battles against them and experiencing many other events, I am now, with my friends and partner by my side, a trainee currently with the Special Investigation 6th Division. Today, the three of us are accompanying the Commander’s aide, Meister Reinforce Zwei, for a little walk outside. Rein: It seems that Thoma and Lily have gotten used to the work now. Thoma: Thank you Master Rein. Lily: But we still have quite a way to go. Rein: Isis has gotten used to creating/consolidating documents too. Isis: You really think so? Rein: I do, so have you three gotten familiar with Section Six now? Lily: We’re mostly getting along with everyone in the office. Thoma: And besides, most of the forward team consists of people we know already. Rein: That’s true. It’s important to have a smooth relationship for work and personal situations. Thoma: But you know… It’s a bit difficult to get comfortable/close with such impressive/remarkable people. Isis: They tend to give the aura/feeling that you can’t get close to them. Rein: Really, who could they be? (lit: Do we have people like that?) Thoma: Um, like, Commander Yagami… Isis: Instructor Vita and First Lieutenant Signum. Rein: Huh, why you’re all referring to members in our section! They’re not like that all the time. Lily: Ah, well of course they’ve been guiding/mentoring us properly. Rein: I do believe that they are… I see, they’re hard to get know better/close to. Thoma: Well we are working in the same workplace, I think it’s good to keep a certain amount of respect/distance with them. Rein: I think so too but… for me, it kind of fun to know how they go about their days. Isis: Um, is it all right to ask a question? Rein: Of course. Isis: I know that Rein’s Lord is Commander Yagami but what about 1st lieutenant Signum and Instructor Vita? Rein: I see, I see. Lily: Also, Meister Rein is good friend’s with Dr. Shamal too. Thoma: Oh, the same with Commander Yagami’s Guardian Beast, Zafira too. Rein: Ahahah, that reminds me, I’ve never had time to explain it to you all, have I? Commander Yagami Hayate is the mistress/head of our family: Signum, Vita-chan, Shamal and Zafira as well as mine and Agito’s. We’re all one big family! Isis: Huh? Really? Lily: What a large family. Thoma: Wait a sec… But you have such different ages… Just how old is Commander Yagami anyway? Rein: Hm… It’s a bit hard to explain it all. Actually, there’s a movie that recently been released on a Non-Administrated World not too long ago that might help explain the situation to you. Thoma: Oh, I think I’ve heard of it before. A Non-Administered World made movies about Nanoha-san and her friends’ childhood. Rein: That’s the one! I think there’s a projector that can play the movie in the research data room. If you have some time, please watch it. Lily: I want to watch it! Isis: Let’s look for it when we’re off our shift then. Lily: Yea! Rein: Oh, this brings back so many fond memories? Lily: Oh? Lily: We took lots of commemorative photos and of the movie theatre we went to. We even had Vivio, Einhart and their friends put on the costumers used in the movie. Lily+Isis: Really!? Rein: The story is about what happened when Commander Yagami encountered magic for the first time. It’s also about family as well as what happened to Nanoha-san and her friends. Events before I was born and the events right after I was born. Thoma: I see. Lily: I’m sure that Rein was very cute when she was young/a child. Rein: Hee hee. Ah, we’re about to arrive soon. Everyone, please check your personal appearances/uniforms. L+T+I: Yes ma’am! Rein: But, it really takes me back. It’s a little over two years now? Just about when Hayate-chan decided to let her hair grow out. It was a much more peaceful time when everyone had the time to talk about the movie enthusiastically/without worries. I can’t just sit/glue myself to my desk all day. Shamal: That is true. Fortunately, there’s a lull from these incidents at this moment.
