Jerry Chu has finally announced the release of Zeta gundam for Sept 7. The reasons for the delay were the disc releases of SAC, WHR, and .Hack/Dusk. Almost 2 years after they announced it was licensed.

A hell of a lot, I bet. It's around 50 eps right? So that's at least 10 dvds...

Damn!! I was hoping it would come out in late spring or summer. They've delayed it long enough. Now I gotta buy it when I have my college tuition fees to worry about

. It's gonna be released as a boxed set in September, and then individually sometime after that. If you plan on buying Zeta Gundam, I suggest you get the boxed set. Just be prepared to put alot of money up front, especially if your from Canada like myself. I'd say it would be around 10 to 12 DVD's so in Canadian figures maybe it'll be between $250-$350. Knowing Bandai and their release dates, if you wait for the individual DVD's to come out, it'll probably take a while for them to finish releasing them. Also in the end it'll be cheaper to buy the boxed set anyway. But the DVD's are done and ready to roll out so maybe they won't wait too long between volumes.

IIRC the price Jerry gave out was 198.99 for the boxset. He didn't say how many disc it was going to be though.

I should really start to consider getting R1 releases of animes.
