Anyway, I loved this chapter...even if it had nothing to do with Eri or Harima. Seeing Hanai at his maximum attractiveness to the girls gave me a major laugh.

I dunno about you guys...but when they took off his glasses then combed his hair back......hanai look a lot like Aizen from bleach........It's kinda give me the creep.

Although that last page.....totally cracks me up. I gotta hand it to akira...she knows how to make a fool of a man like hanai. I feel sorry for him...and yuki...

I have to disagree with you on the part where you said yuki is a better match for hanai. I don't think either yakumo or yuki is right for him. Yakumo is just doesn't like his guts. Yuki...kinda like how yakumo towards harima. She knows that she likes hanai, but doesn't want to do anything about it.

I think mikoto is the perfect girl for him. No one else know him better than mikoto. I hope there will be more development on based on this encounter.

Eh? I didn't get that vibe...maybe from just the hair.

Hanai's change was superficial, and Eri isn't interested in looks anyway. It was Harima's personality that affected her, so if anything needs changing, it's that.

That was from a bonus chapter which announced the results of the second popularity poll.

Harima came in 3rd while Eri came in 2nd (Yakumo won it). However, the difference between the two was only about 10 votes so the mangaka decided to put them together.

Of course the two of them started arguing.

I wouldnt call an image change something "superficial", after all, it demands some internal change, some kind of compromise of what and who you are, again, like what Hanai ALMOST gets, but he's still the same for sure . And I am not talking only about Eri, I am talking about Harima specially, because the one who needs to change is him.

If Harima changes his appearance (without sunglasses) that means that he throw some part of his feelings to Tenma... so that is a big internal change...

They may not in the same class, i guess, like 3D, 3F and stuffs.

I want something that will turn SR around, like Harima back to his youth self before he meet Tenma, come back to school(or maybe just wandering aroung the street) and completely ignore every1 else, even Tenma and Eri.
Or some other unexpected thing which will suddenly come to play, putting all the faction into damger, then rumble the whole school up.

It's up to Volume 16. Volume 17 will most likely be out in June or July.

Any predictions on who will get Harima out of his funk? I'm hoping Yakumo. Knowing KJ probably Tenma.

Yeah...seems to me that way too. But imho I think KJ is focusing on the Tsukamoto sisters and Eri with Harima. But if ever the wheel is turned again it seems School Rumble is back being a comedy...seems the love is over and comedy is back in. Tenma also said it on the promotional comercial guru-guru love comedy.
