Yeah, me too, mine's at my local depot waiting for Parcelfarce to send out the customs charge letter, then get me to pay it, then dispatch it. You can ring them and up and try see if they'll let you pay over the phone with the tracking number.

Other couriers are far better than going through EMS and thus Parcelfarce, as they well send the package to you and charge you the customs handling fee at a later date. Not mention they are usually quicker.

How much did you have to pay? I've done some research, and apparently you can be charged up to 100% of the original price of the package. I also found out that the charge is illegal, so I'm not gonna be paying for it.

It's how I play it.... on my Mac Pro...

You shouldn't be paying more a handling fee £12.50 + 20% VAT. Those charges are legal though, it's import taxes, even if the handling fee is extortionate.

I've heard cases of people being charged more than 100% of what they paid for the parcel.

I have Windows 7 with the keybinder, and the patch worked. (But Keybinder doesn't anymore T_T)
Did you move the folder? Make sure the game files are in (C:\Program Files \07th_Expansion\黄金夢想曲\) (Program Files (x86) if you have 64 bit computer)

Dunno - don't use keybinder. Maybe someone here who uses it can help you out on that. But, I somehow doubt it? You still have the original GameMain.exe there, right? And it's all installed in the default place, right?

C:\Program Files (x86)\07th_Expansion\黄金夢想曲 or C:\Program Files\07th_Expansion\黄金夢想曲

There's a new version that supports the update.

I had problems too, but I did the following to make the patch work :
Open the rar archive, then click UpdateImage, then program files, then 07th_Expansion, then the japanese characters and I extracted
GameMain.exe
Bootup.exe
FILES

into my ougon root folder, and it works. (Click yes when it asks you to replace)

Lucifer, Siesta 410, and sometimes Battler or Shannon are the only ones that give me trouble.

Lucifer + 410 in the same team is scary.

The only problems Battler causes is that he jumps TOO much, once you get used to the timing he's not that hard

Lucifer+Shannon is tough in hard mode especially Shannon's lightning, any suggestions?
