Little Garden revealed!

After getting a glimpse in ep.2, we can finally see Little Garden in its totality, so all the speculation going on has an end now!

oh is that official cannon? seems just an artist rendition (in terms of scaling). Also I see a problem in the scales shown with regards to the sun & the earth orbs ( if those two are what i suppose it to be) especially with the 13,000 x the earths size number they tossed around last episode.

When I look at that picture it always reminds me of the world from the disc-world series. Mostly because, IIRC, it's a world ontop of a giant turtle or at least something like that.

The Misfit Games 07 - Pay the Piper

Asuka hasn't really gotten her time in the spotlight yet, so having her brought to the forefront in this episode was really nice. Skipping most of the tournament to just go to the finals is also a good method of time compression. With only 11 episodes, it's best to make use of every minute available. Asuka's more of a cleric than a fighter, but since her next enemy is the Pied Piper, it looks like it'll be a literal battle of control. Shiroyasha's bathtime fun was also a nice little moment. Really, Satomi Arai is made for these kinds of roles. I wasn't sure about splitting up the cast at first, but it made for an episode that got done what it needed to in both places. And Leticia's proper fighting form is pretty sweet. Hope that's not the only time we see it.

Short gift game part was nice. The prophesied demon lord attack wasn't.
Asuka's little fairy friend was pretty cute and nice.
The sudden rat attack was unexpected.
Letitia sure came in handy at the last moment.
Onsen scenes pretty much made up for the lack of actual gift game fights.

I think the most suspicious person is the new floor master's brother. Shiroyasha and Izayoi's antics were great. So Asuka faced the pied piper. Hope the little spirit doesn't get harmed.

It reminds you of Discworld because it actually is a rendering of Discworld, not of Little Garden. If the elephants were not a dead giveaway already, you'd only need to do a Google image search for Discworld to confirm it.

In this case I think someone on /a/ said it was "chuu-chuu" in the episode preview so it actually turned out to be rat / mouse sounds.

Another great episode with more great Shiroyasha / Izayoi antics. They're really becoming best friends here.

The Armored Golem in the exhibition is the same one in the OP; I'm curious to see how would Asuka make it a part of her arsenal... Probably with the help of... That... Fairy...?

Shiroyasha and Izayoi just gets it you know? They just know how these things work. Forget defeating the Maou, just have these two on a perverted adventure throughout this world.

At the same time we can't underestimate Jin, who is steady adding girls to his friend-list... Yeah right, friends...

She's already lost it. She couldn't do a thing against the rats. Besides, she's trying to take her power away from Control and towards Authority to control gifts rather than beings. No, Asuka's going to need to have a different trick up her sleeve.

The way those rats were going after the fairy and the way that voice was talking makes me suspect that the Rattenfanger the fairy is part of is not the same as the Pied Piper. In which case I'd suggest Asuka see if her new friend can be talked into letting her borrow the golem. The OP shows her summoning it, so she must get it somehow.

This series needs more than ten episodes. It sure seems like there's a lot more that's going to be left to be told when this is over.

Oh yeah, and there was fanservice this week. Given that that was one of Thousand Eyes' (ie: Shiroyasha's) baths, I bet there was a gift on it that forced all girls in it into fanservice shots.

This was a good step in development for Asuka. The problem being is that her power is something she wants to transition into a new form and right now she's kind of in the middle of that. Maybe if she went all out in going after control she might have been able to do more against the rats, but that's not where she wants her power to be. Understandable that she'd want to move away from that. It's just a matter of her moving more towards authority over gifts and taking full advantage of what that gift can do.

Kasukabe had a short, but good moment in the episode. Didn't get beaten down by others and instead got to show off a little. Makes you wonder how many animals she's become friends with?

I'll give Izayoi and Shiroyasha credit. They are perfectly happy being blatant about their thoughts and have enough power to withstand any anger that they create

Ah yes finally more Asuka. Of the three, we know least about her so it's nice to see more about her and next episode, it will focus on her even more. Yah! Also that fairy friend of hers is soo cute!

Wow. I was completely surprised by Leticia. Not that I'm complaining since she now have loli form and adult form! Yay!

Oh, anyone want to take bets about obviously-evil onii-san being a bad guy? It seems fairly likely... this series hasn't exactly been subtle with its villains so far. It seems fairly safe to guess that someone who acts evil probably is evil.

His sister really should have smacked him down more when he tried to kill Jin.

Great episode!!
The Onsen scenes are great, but all that steam is a bother.
Got to love Shiroyasha and Izayoi ability to analyze every detail of Kuro usagi, Asuka, and You's bodies.
A while back someone said that Leticia remainded them of Shinobu, somewhat spot on as Leticia has loli form and adult form.

With all that said, I humbly request we beign the meeting about "How to make Kuro usagi's reffing uniform cuter and sexier!". XD
