*cough*
-Ryou asking "some time" before she allow them to enter -completely flustered -it has been hinted they could see her "around" the bed -Kappei was not exactly pleased I think you can somehow conclude (this scene made me cracking in laughter as much as the "rape" thing )

I have a question about one of the parts from kyou's route (although it's from before you actually need to commit to kyou). It's the part where you find botan out at the gates and then you're given an option of whether to take him back to class with you or give him back to kyou.
I remember the first time I played through this scene an option appeared and I took botan back to the classroom (and he farted), but now every time I play through that scene, no options appear and I end up giving botan back to kyou by default. From what I can make out of the 90 hour walkthrough, I think I'm supposed to take botan with me to be able to enter into the fujibayashi routes. Am I overreacting to something insignificant, or is there a glitch in my game that I should try to fix? Last edited by Yoshio; 2008-02-23 at 04:53. |

So this time I'm going to try on my own.
I've played through all the routes (Save Nagisa/After Story), the Sunohara Bad End, and the Baseball route. There's one other route, if I remember correctly. What is it, and how do I get to it?

Well assuming its better to find the bad ends on purpose. Still remember when I 'found' the bad end for Kyou by accident. Stupid making one bad choice and it all goes to hell. Put me into that dark cloud mood for a while. Then I realized there was probably a good solution so I should go and find it .

Waiting for my copy, I kinda checked some information about FV, so far:
-As announced, everyone is voiced but Tomoya. They basically transfered the voices from the PS2 version. -The resolution is finally "big enough" -There is NO redrawing at all. -You can use your old clannad "sav999" to recover your previous clannad status. However, doing so will nuke the voices, even if the option still active -With a fully finished old clannad save file, it is revealed that only 74% of the CG were unlocked (after story included). That means there is pretty much a good chunk to discover. -Interface changed visually, pretty similar to Little Busters! one.

Original Full Voice Configuration Edit 2: Nevermind, I was wrong before about the voices. A small note about the voices: Voices will NOT work if you change Tomoya's name. At all. I think that's really stupid and I don't understand why they made it like that. Probably laziness on their part. Edit 3: I'm looking at the images folder trying to find new things. So far I've come up with 1 new CG. Note it could be looked at as a spoiler, so you've been warned. Spoiler:

Well, it "kinda" makes sense since it would be quite awkward to put a placeholder all the time. But indeed, it might be part of laziness, as they simply took from the PS2. I do wonder from which (new) routes the new CG are from, but none are for AS (except only one). From the original clannad, there are 20 new CG slots. 16 just after page 2, and 4 at the very end. Of course, there are probably variations of these.

I don't know how you got your Sav999 file to work. When I tried copying mine over, it froze on the warning screen. Maybe it's really picky.
I don't think the new CG slots are actually new CG and possibly are just images not previously shown on the CG menu. The only new image I could find was the one I posted. |

The 4 final CG are in fact after the true ending scroll after the true end, but not in the same slot this time. In the end, only one new CG. It is basically a port of the PS2 version with voice for the PC... well, I can't complain since the original was quite a pain to find, with quite a small resolution, but it doesn't really give much things aside of interface/resolution/1 CG..."

You most likely saw PS2 sequences with DramaCD samples.
