Meh, there's still a gap between making it smaller and upgrading it's performance. I don't see this a prof that Amata understands Testament better than Shinobu.

Besides, it could have been Nunotaba herself who made the portable version of Testament, for all we know. It appears after her capture.

Has it even been confirmed Full-Tuning has died? More like if she hated Touma for it, I don't think she would have helped him out in NT7 for some random reason. But who knows.

Touma used his precognition or Mind's Eye together with Imagine Breaker's limitations. Although, he did had help from Misaka and Thor and it was implied that Birdway didn't go all out.

Birdway's magic is powerful enough to surpass Imagine Breaker's negating speed.

Kakine can regenerate infinitely with Dark Matter.
