428 a game from Sega but written by Nasu and character designs from Takeuchi.

It's already been released last month but the anime version will have a bonus scenario by Nasu.

428 game version will have a special scenario written by Nasu but the game itself is not of Type-Moon.

For 428 anime version, Nasu and Takeuchi will lead scenario writer and lead designer respectively (hey stopping fooling around Nasu and give us Tsukihime remake and Mahoyo :P).

You're going to need to be really patient if you're looking at the theatrical release dates(from ANN, I presume) as a guideline for the subs' release.

No. The worst part comes after using bittorrent since this is an Aniplex title.

I rummaged through my e-mails and found the DMCA notice from August for dling the 2nd one, nothing happen so it seems I'm fine XD
