The episode is called "Kyousuke's Back!"

Basically says that Riki has lived at the school dorms with his childhood friends, and since Kyousuke's returned, he hopes they can do something fun again. So, Kyousuke decides to make a baseball team called the "Little Busters," and they have the shy Rin search for members in the girl's dorm.

Hopefully someone can provide an actual direct translation of it, since I'm completely confident in my grammar...

One thing I'm rather worried about (other than the designs) is how they're going to structure this... seems like the first episode should be fairly promising though.

Doubtful. CMs usually air the week before/weeks of broadcasts. We're still too far out before the start of broadcasts.

Promotional videos/movies. These are typically shown at events or streamed online. CMs usually run on TV before they're uploaded. OPN referenced a specific timeslot on Tokyo MX that LB will air in, so I assumed he was talking about one airing on TV first.
