This was screened at the Proud Box Thanksgiving Festival, a promotional event run by the Nomura Real Estate Company, earlier this year. The organizers posted the entire film on YouTube a few days ago:

Just saw the short film and, like Dop, I think something got into my eye as well

Overall the end was a lot more sweet than I was expecting from a Makoto Shinkai film.

That was just..there are just no words. That was my first Makoto shinkai film, I need to go back and look at more of his work.

5cm per second is the best for me. The recent Garden of Words is a nice film as well but not as good. The Place Promised in Our Early Days was a movie I enjoyed quite a bit as well but it's not without it's flaws and Voices of a Distant Star is a very interesting story even if the character designs are admittedly pretty bad. The rest is gorgeous as usual though.
