If I remember correctly, Mikado-sensei and Oshizu are the only female characters which Rito hasn't "fallen" to or at least made any body contact

well Mikado sensei is tricky since they've had a lot of contact but he uses her to babysit celene. Oshizu is a funny one since if u remember rito was the person who originally discovered and helped her but oshizu is clearly on team haruna because she wanted to possess haruna to help confess to rito.
