Technically, yes. But the supposed relation is so far apart that it barely counts in my opinion.

...Though it does put a very bizarre twist on any romantic relationship between the two.

I think its a cracky re-imagining of S1 where Baby!Yuuno fell to earth with the Jewel Seeds and was picked up by Nanoha. The logistics of which we'll ignore due to Rule of Cute.

The excessive breast size kills the image most of the time.
