I don't think Misaki is being funny when she said that so it means she really did something that pisses off Touma. I wonder if Misaki is one of the girls touma falcon punch before.

Their entire conversation sounded like she really pissed off Touma with her power.
She must have been toying with it in the past, just look at other level 5s how they carelessly use their powers.
And she has really broken power, being able to mind-control THOUSANDS of people within several KILOMETERS.

Well, lets try to make a guess.

Pre-Index Touma wasn't bothered that much even after being chased by a group of thugs and stalked non stop by Mikoto.

Maybe she did something that doesn't relate to physical but pride issues that relates the character of one for being a Level 0 with a useless power(thats how he viewed IB) and facing a Level 5.

I think pre-Index Touma is way stronger than the current one.. well, I based on Terra o' the left word that we (or I) can assume "The past Touma knows something about IB"

For Misaki, Touma may happened to beat some sense out of her just like what he did to everyone (wait.. Index and Misaka never got punched right?)..

Question! So Rensa cannot use LV.5 power but use power of those within 200M radius right?

I thought Touma wasn't really in the habit of punching people to save people until he saved Index? That post-memory loss Touma was basically living the life that pre-memory loss Touma wanted.

And most of those things involve inflicting fatal or near fatal harm on females (surprisingly, Himegami is one the best examples of this). Maybe Misaki carelessly endangered the life of some of her puppets without a care in the world and that really ticked Touma off.

Well...considering misaki...it maybe that she controlled some people close to touma and somehow unexpectedly caused an injury to the said person, my guess it's like this, touma never get serious with misaki, always running and ignored her, she get mad and controlled his friend, fukiyose, or his teacher, and threatened kamijo..unexpectedly she get into accident, kamijo thus get angry and falcon punch misaki while telling her to be more responsible while using her power saying things like "with big power come big responsiblity" or something like that...

is difficult to imagine a Touma having a serious problem with a girl and not ending punching her, since he is adept philosophy "bad girls deserve to be punished.", but this is the current Touma.

More knowledgable of the circumstances surrounding IB but definately not any much stronger. IB is still IB regardless of how much memory he has (We don't know about his childhood if it was any stronger then. Possible since his "bad luck" was supposibly much much much worst then.). I doubt pre-Index Touma has the ability to release the "thing" hidden inside.
