Can't compare them because Sephiroth is the psycho obessive white/silver haired guy (Shin Natsume, Agito's older brother, Gin, the guy that obsessed over C.C in Code Geass), whilst Ulquiorra is the quiet strong type (Itachi, Byakuya, Vincent, Kurogane etc...)

Nah, you have to remember, we still have three more transformations that are supposed to be better than his. If KT gives Ulq too good of a transformation, what would be left for the others? I'd be glad to have a bat, a humanoid bat would be very cool if done right.

i could care less , arrancar are so boring, I want some a. vaizard action or b. Ishhin wooping some ass. I feel this arc is best stuff since turn back the pendulum arc. I hope that he doesn't spend any more time with the real world, because that arc just really blew chunks. But for this chapter its quite interesting to see ichigo really stepping it up. Also the change in the mask was cool.

Hydra is just a type of dragon, so you only have three possibilities there.
Also, I don't know about you, but unless KT can make it look really frickin badass, a Unicorn just wouldn't seem appropriate for an Arrancar release.

I realize that its similar to a bat, but a Succubus would be pretty sweet for Halibel, regardless of if it fits or not.

Back to Ulq, while it may be considered a bat like release, it may have more of a similarity to a Gargoyle, being that they can have bat wings and a humanoid appearance. So there's your frickin mythical animal.
