She really sleep with him, but later when tomonaga asked her to go out with him, she flat out rejected him and said that it was because of the alcohol. (in reality she actually have some degree of affection toward him)
Later she will explain that if they both started dating they cannot maintain their relationship for a long time because both of them live in a different world.
The relation will became a mess in the later chapter. For example:
Aoi doesn't want to be hated by haruka because she was very smart.
Haruka think that aoi like tomonaga-sensei but in reality aoi only saw tomonaga as a teacher and someone she can trust.
Aoi who want to try to help haruka tried to asked what tomonaga's relationship with kayama-sensei but tomonaga thought that aoi asked him this because she was jealous.

This is by no means reliable information. But I was browsing other forums and someone posted that at the end of chapter 24

Yurine and the other teacher whose name escapes me were arguing over the fact that Yurine may be pregnant now. With Tomonoga's kid obviously.

It's sort of fits with the context enough that I thought I should share it.

I think if it's not true, then they're at least talking over Yurine's relationship with him if nothing else.

Either way I think a bombs been dropped.

I haven't double checked, but I think it's the part where Yurine and her friend are speaking about "having to" reject Tominaga's confession, and Haruka was within ear range (positively shocked, of course))

Not reject. Tomonaga decided to return to US at the end of semester, and the teacher was discussing whether Yurine is okay with it since from her perspective, she clearly saw that Yurine and Tomonaga are fondwith each other. Of course, in manga style, Haruka happened to be there and heard the news. Aoi already knows beforehand BTW that Tomonaga will resign at the end of semester.
