I ended up finally watching 12~24 and two specials finally last week, and I'd have to say while not my favorite series of the year, I'd still give it 9/10 for having such awesome comedy while having sometimes serious, and almost always well animated fights, and the back story for eve, and both Adams was interesting. Not to mention both ED themes were funny, and awesome in themselves for song, and animation, and the OP themes were both pretty fitting though I preferred the second. And the Two specials were just win, and really funny for being so short, and Cruzko is way tooo cute though.

Agreed, but the true Twintails arc from the manga is even better. This is the great frustration of Needless the TV - it gives only a small taste of what the manga has to offer.

though i havnt read the manga this series was DAAAAAAMN hilarious and entertaining. the whole cast was awesome and i didnt come to dislike a single one VILLANS included!!!

There's a lot of missing pieces from the soundtrack, so it's not the only one.

but I guess we're talking about the same thing. 12 episodes supposedly, one episode comes with each Blu ray release.

3rd Needless+ should be out but I don't think it has been subbed yet. 4th should be out later this month, too.
