And most of those don't even fit in the criteria. Still, MusoukaProductions is a guy, and he didn't ask specifically for girl-oriented (shoujo) shows, just series (and particularly romances) told from the girl's POV.

Anyway, like others said, Karekano, Paradise Kiss, Bokura ga Ita, Itazura na Kiss, Full Moon wo Sagashite and Ghost Hunt all fit in the criteria. Incidentally, these are all female-oriented (shoujo) shows.

My suggestion is Escaflowne, but you probably already watched this.
