I actually bought my first two figurines at Anime North. Normally I would never see myself buying a figurine, but I was with a friend and the location and picks I made seemed appropriate enough not to pass up the opportunity:

Char Aznable (U.C 0093)

Soma Peries (Gundam 00)

There's a little glare cause my camera is just a standard cell phone camera, but they actually look pretty good and I believe are from Good Smile. Not in the least bit dissatisfied with my purchases.

New nendo I bought on a whim,

She's cute. I have a few nendos now, so I'm tempted to start mix and matching parts to make some moe frankensteins.

Same as me, I ordered the figma but that's one Miku scale figure I won't be buying. I hate the face.

Ordered the BRS Limited edition game today and you get a sweet WRS figma!

Whole bunch of stuff arrived today: GSC's UBW Rin, Griffon's Yakumo Ran and Chen, Asobi's Eris and Gift's plushie Ran, Chen and Yukari. Three big boxes for my cats to fight over.

I took a few pics but uploaded them to MFC not my webhost, so I guess I may link pics here later, though Touhou figures seem to be shunned around these parts, and I'm sure many people have Rin, so not sure if I should bother. >.>

But Amiami is holding her to ship with two other figures at the end of the month. It's a long wait.

That said, I still haven't unboxed my Rin... been too busy investigating DSLRs to bother unboxing her and getting some snaps.

Aww, my Tenshi was posted from AmiAmi on the 14th she should arrive sometime next week, I'm expecting her on Tuesday or the day after.

Opened my Miku Hatsune Absolute HMO nendoroid last night to find that her glasses were put in the wrong way in the clamshell during packaging and the left tab was snapped off. They still stay on, but... wish I could find the other little piece so I could try to glue it back together so it could be complete.
