Minor corrections: It's Nora (the English translation refer to her as The Stray) instead of Ryou and is Bishamon (the one from the 7 Lucky Gods) instead of Bisyamon (English translations use Vaisravana).

There's going 2 OVAs with volumes 10 and 11 burt I'm not sure what that means to the anime.
Volume 10 (out on February) OVA adapts chapter 25 and the one from volume 11 (out on July) chapter 24. I don't understand why they chose to release chapter 25 adaptation before chapter 24 because they're related stories and 24 introduces a character that appears in 25 and has a certain subplot in future chapters so I suppose it will be one cour and adapt until chapter 23?

Hell, I think Maou's VA from Hataraku would have been a perfect fit. Having caught up to the latest chapter, I honestly still think it's a bizarre choice but either way, I'll still watch the hell out of this show.

BTW, it is Tenjin, not Tengami.
Tenjin is how Sugawara no Michizane was nicknamed when refereed as a deity.

I actually was thinking KENN will be a better choice. Or Hatano, if using his higher range.
But Kaji voicing Kaji bothered me the most. Is it so hard to fetch Shiroishi Ryoko or Kaida Yuki for the role?

I'm having a feeling that even the voice actor himself is getting sick of being Kugrie-leveled pigeonholed.

The worst thing is that his character is very annoying during the first 3 volumes so Kaji haters will have a feast

He makes a big improvement at the end volume 3 and afterwards becomes adorable but he won't make a good impression at first...

I would've preferred Ohsaka or another seiyuu too but I don't think he's such a bad choice:
