That kick was awesome...I remember the first time it was used, and even then it was just as jaw-dropping. Great fight, itching to see the aftermath...funeral for Apachai, asspull revival or a side-quest for his recovery?

If anything, I would take it that he is either near death or in apa-hibernation.

With this fight over (and everyone knows who obviously won), YOMI has about three members left and YAMI seven. Looks like Kenichi is running out of opponents while the masters have their work cut out for them.

As much as I don't want Apachai to die, it would be anti-climactic if he didn't, especially with the all the flashbacks when he got mortally wounded.

Awesome fight, but unfortunately there's nothing to be happy about for Kenichi and the rest of Ryouzanpaku.

All the masters felt Apachai "disappear", personally I'd be terribly disappointed if he was still alive. His death is such a milestone that it shouldn't be made into another joke as far as story telling is concerned.

NoLongerSane Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: Texas	Finished reading 404. Spoiler for Chapter 404: Very action packed chapter. Really enjoyed watching Kenichi deliver some well over dued payback to Tirwat. I am enjoyed the fact that they are keeping with the techniques being passed down from master to disciple as with the flashback with Agaard and Appachi indicated. What Agaard taught Appachi, now Appachi passed down to Kenichi that lead to Tirwat being defeated. Looks like next chapter we will get whether or not Appachi has really passed on.
