Most def. I never get tired of reading it because it's so "innocently" hilarious. So far, I haven't found anything tho, but there is one instance where Yagi mentions he does everything by himself so it's likely he doesn't have any assistants (or at least didn't at the time). His drawing style hasn't changed a whole lot since then either.

The first nine chapters of Angel densetsu had a noticeably different style of art in some respects. the characters had a little more of a cartoonish look to me but they still definitely looked like they were drawn by yagi (faces, eyes). the art was simpler for the most part; no incredibly intricate characters like awakened beings that he had to draw then.
but yes, Angel Densetsu is very funny and worth reading.

Somebody mentioned in some thread that Yagi supposedly said something like there's about another 50 chapters to go before it ends... can somebody confirm that?
BTW, are there interviews with him on his artwork, specifically Claymore? And if there are do they exist in English translations? thx folks

I remember that it was originally posted somewhere here about may be two years ago. That post mentioned that Yagi-sensei wished to end Claymore around volume xxx, I can't remember number. But at that time we calculated the number of chapters per volume and we estimated that it shouldn't exceed 150 chapters. If it's true then it means that Yagi-sensei already plan how to end his manga. It literally means that Claymore will not become a never ending series with never ending fight.

Well I don't mind him planning an end - that is as long to us readers that end remains forever in the vast reaches of a distant future shrouded in the mists of time that might never come to pass. phew. how poetic. *snicker* in short: Yagi don't you dare end it
anybody know about any interviews avaiable online? preferably in english?

I asked about that on page 54 and nobody has given me an answer yet.
Does someone know if Yagi has recently commented again on that matter? Or remember if in that interview of two years ago he said it was volume 25, around volume 25, onother 25 volumes?

By any chance, do you remember what kind of assistants he had while he was working on Angel Densetsu? Did they take care of inking and adding tones or were they even in charge of drawing the background and some minor characters? I'm asking 'cause I just started reading it and couldn't find them credited anywhere so, as a consequence, I deduced they were in charge of the inking and tones since in general who draws minor characters gets mentioned alongside the mangaka's name.

I'm at chapter 7 and it's revealing an interesting and entertaining read. Now that we have some examples of his handwriting ( I was particularly paying attention to his B's and P's at the end of chapter 4 ), we'd need a graphologist to tell us if Yagi's right or left-handed. Judging by the way he sometimes writes the D's, N's, R's and that he seems to have difficulty to space the letters, I'd be inclined to say he's left-handed and can't always see what he's writing. I had a friend in Secondary School who was and used to write in English like this. Edit: A graphologist would be of no use because he/she can't say for certain whether the handwriting he/she's analyzing belongs to a person who's right or left-handed. It would have been too good to be true.

I wonder about this case for awhile. Why is Galatea the only person with Class I nose? All other girls have Class II nose or Class V.

she had a nosejob?
*just kidding* no idea whatsoever maybe an early accident with galatea's nose and then he stuck to it? maybe he figured galatea is the type 1 nose kind of woman? maybe he likes a little variation and will surprise us with new and exciting dragonkin characters with type 3 and type 4 noses and planed to do so from the begining? maybe he has no idea that nose types exist. I for my part didn't
