Yea but the story more or less centres around it. As someone has mentioned before in this thread it is a war between those who amended the article by their own force and power and those who have been opposing to the amendment and stick to their original ideals.

Nonetheless, there is also a third group rising to power amidst the chaos and you can never guess who the head is.

Having MARVEL Civil War with a cyborg army threatening to invade any time doesn't seem like a smart idea...

A lack of understanding of the TSAB rule of government is preventing me to diagnose how the constitutional amendment came about. But the rebel's stand becomes clearer now.

My bucks on Belka after further discussion, under Carym, forwarded and approved by the Church Council. Vivio's still a squirt, and squirts don't run countries, or know jack about politics. Even Cagalli couldn't hold onto the reigns properly.

Anyway there's no end to this doujin, we'll have to see how far this doujin progresses the issue.



EDIT: Yuuno's a prof and shouldn't be leading, unless BetrayerS intends to bend our logic a bit, OR pull a 40K Adepta Astartes Libranicus Space Marine Librarian.

I've played it for a day or two already, unlocking all the characters. (Though Lina and Naga from Slayers and the other character, Kukuri must be downloaded from a patch on the main site.)

Since I enjoyed it quite a bit, I was inspired to do a quick review of the playable characters in the game as of the current version. >:3

Playable Characters

1. Nanoha: No introduction needed for everybody's favourite 'Friendship thru Firepower!!!' Magical Girl, is there? Anyway, she plays like how she does in the series. A really tough cookie of a beamspammer. Everybody, STAAAARAAAIITOOO!!! BUREEIKAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!
   
2. Fate: Again, who needs to introduce Fate, the arguably most popular character in the entire Nanoha series to the people here? In her case, she's an extremely fast but a little fragile melee-expert much like in the series. The game even includes her Sonic Form for extra kicks.
   
3. Kirara: Take Nanoha's toughness and turn ranged into melee. You'll get Kirara, one of the two sisters from the H-game Magical Girl Kirara and Sarara who uses the MBA-exclusive magic system. She specializes in melee with her combat gauntlets.
   
4. Sarara: The other half of the two sisters from the H-game Magical Girl Kirara and Sarara who uses the MBA-exclusive Magic System. She complements Kirara with her range-combat specialization. She uses a big arrow-shaped device that shoots powerful lasers and can use DRAGOONS Funnels err... Remote attack units like those seen in Gundam series.
   
5. Sakura: Sakura Kinomoto from Cardcaptor Sakura. I expect most of the people here to know her. She's no pushover at all, being one of the more balanced and versatile characters with proper use of her Sakura cards. And for those who liked to argue who would win between Nanoha or Sakura, just play the game!
   
6. Ruru: HER LOLI-DRILL IS THE DRILL THAT WILL PIERCE THE HEAVENS!!!
   *cough* Ahem... >.>
   Anyway. Second to the last boss. A melee expert who uses... well... drills! Let me warn you though, her melee is simply DEADLY in the game.
   
7. Nowel: WHY DIDN'T THEY USE HAYATE?!?!?!
   *COUGH* Ak-hem...! <.<
   She's the final boss for the game. And being one, she's one incredibly powerful mage whose spells are of higher-tier compared to anyone else's for the most part. (her Ultimate Spell, 'Dimension Break' is the single most damaging spell in the game if it connects properly) She uses the MBA-exclusive magic system as well, filling the part of the Nuker-spellcaster. However, she can more than hold her own in a fight.
   
8. One more character: I don't feel like revealing this character yet. Just unlock this character when you get the game. And I'm telling you, you most likely won't be expecting the identity of this character! (For those who know, please don't tell! >__<)

9. Lina: Lina Inverse, a most famous self-proclaimed beautiful, genius sorceress who is also dubbed as "Bandit Killer", "Dragon Spooker", "Enemy of All Who Live", and "Someone even a dragon wouldn't mess with..." She makes her mark in the Magical Battle Arena as one of three special characters. People who watched Slayers should know her only too well. And for those who don't, just play and see why she's considered by many as the original magical girl to adopt the way of 'Friendship thru Superior Firepower!'
   
10. Naga: Lina's rival/partner in several Slayers installments that are set before the tv-series. She has an ego to match the amount of skin she is showing thru that outfit... But she still remains as one formidable character for the game.
    
11. Kukuri: She seems to come from the series called Mahōjin Guru Guru... But as per usual in games, the most harmless-looking characters often end up being one of the more dangerous ones. Kukuri, despite her appearance, has VERY formidable shamanistic powers that deals a frightening amount of damage.

I'm telling you, it's a bucketload of fun!

Using Nanoha or Fate does not disappoint for the most part. And the slew of other characters are all interesting and fun to use as well! (As for me, Lina is a pure joy to use! Dragon Slave trumps even Starlight Breaker! XD)

Everyone can haxx teleport, if you are close enough to your target just press shield + ↑ to teleport in front of your enemy, or shield + ↓ to teleport at her back.

If you're playing with Fate, just dash forward the closest drone, keep hitting it with melee attack until you fill your red bar, then dash back far of them, and cast your ultimate. With this you probably will kill most drones and instantly refill your red bar again, if the boss already appeared cast your ulti again against her, if it's not, repeat the process, and that's all. For her remaining HP of the boss just spam your Special+Range Attack (0 cast time FTW) and your Range Attack to refill your ultimate, you can also dash forward and hit her with some melee attacks right after she's stunned with your Special+Range Attack (forgot the name).

And even with that, there are just 2 specials I can do (plasma lancer and arc saber) or is there a third one I don't know about which will AOE all of the damn drones in one go?

There are 3 basic specials per character (special button + range attack, special button + guard, and special button + melee attack), the third one for Fate is changing to her Sonic Form.

Apart of that, if you press special + dash when your red bar is flashing you enter into a special mode (for a limited amount of time) where you hit faster and move faster. In this special mode you can also perform your ultimate (this is basic to win a battle, just try to fill your red bar to perform your ultimate), for this you must press special + dash + melee attack. You can also perform a more powerful ultimate if you're in your last HP bar, for this in the special mode press special + dash + range attack, at least for Lina and Fate it seems to be a One-hit KO attack, the first ultimate deals about 3 bars I think.
