*From Ichi's attack GJ is injured and GJ falls.

* GJ grips Tensa Zangetsu said and chides, Ichi can win with something like this

* Then GJ proceeds to attack Ichi with Inoue screaming ' Kurosaki Kun!!! '

* Gillians are born from hundreds of hollows that pile and mix together.

* They ate other hollows as opposed to human souls.

* Gillians would eat other Gillians and if it eaten enough it would become 'Adjuchas'.

* The problem is if they don't continue to eat, they would return to Gillian form.

* And once that happens, they would lose their conscious and could never return to Adjuchas ever again.

* GJ's has a flashback, where GJ in his original form attacks another hollow.

* Suddenly he was surrounded by four hollows Hollow were in their original form except for one who was a Gillian

* Shawlong complimented GJ and asked for his name ' Impressive. What is your name, Adjuchas? '

* Shawlong asks GJ him to join them, then the group proceeds to bow to GJ

* Shawlong says they don’t plan to be only either Gillian or Adjuchas. They plan to be Vastolorde one day.

* For that, Shawlong says strengths are important. And Strengths could push them to that point

* GJ is the one who has that strength and GJ should come with them, become their King



* GJ's attack injure Ichi's stomach. Ichi jumps back a little but and stares at GJ which makes him angry

* GJ ' You're always like this. No matter now many I beat you; you still think you could win. Still think you're stronger!! This is pissing me off!!! '

* Ichigo laughs and replies GJ is pissed off about what? that a mere human like me could be at GJ’s level?

* This earns Ichigo another punch in the stomach and then a kick from GJ.

if kubo goes there with GJ first, it might redeem this little mini-battle-arc of ichi-grimm. here's hoping kubo's artwork is a little more 'composed' this week and less franetic. that way we'll all be able to tell what's happening. :P

it's probably lost and broken, but then he refuses to give up and goes zenkai. geta (and all of us for that matter) won't know until the whole raw comes out. he's just posting what we know so far.

if that is true also for ichigo, i wonder if ichigo will still have to go thru bankai, vizard, then this new zenkai thing. notice he always go bankai first ( although this has been 'short-cut' thrued ) b4 he goes to hollow form.

Oh wait a sec, now that u mention it, shuldnt ichigo have a shikai in vizard form too?

Sigh.

Zenkai literally mean Full Throttle, Full Power or Full Force, however you want to translate it. It doesn't necessarily mean a power-up, just a final burst of strength for the final blow.

Of course, it MAY mean a powerup, but I don't think Kubo's THAT unoriginal to name an Arrancar power-up ZENKAI of all names possible.

Just like how the final attack even when shonen hero #A is tired and injured all over is more powerful than when he's fully healthy and strong. It's because of either plot-devices or the plot-device of him going ZENKAI!

Remember Arrancar zanpakutou isn't like a shinigami's it's just their original hollow form sealed.

If zenkai really is like bankai I wonder if he will become more like his hollow form.

he already released his arrancar bankai this is a new one(this is wat i think)
if this release is beyond bankai ichi will probably get this one probably in the next few chapters

Oh yeah, I had forgotten that. I had always imagined the Espada as being humanoid before being turned to arrancar, due to them showing silhouettes of Menos that looked similar to Yami and Ulquiorra's current forms during Hitsugaya's explanation. Wonderweiss also had a roughly human shape before he was transformed with the Hogyokuo.

Yeah, Grimmjow having another release means this fight will go on for at least three more chapters (if they don't take a break to focus on the other characters, which they will probably do) and the next chapter will be mostly Grimm kicking the crap out of Ichigo again. Then the chapter after that Ichigo will start to make a comeback, then another chapter of fighting evenly.

That panther form might not even be a release...that could be a flashback segment OP does mention the story of his birth, maybe as an arrancar or as a hollow.
