Also in Judo, the muscles don't make you heavy - its your bone density that will increase a lot. From being thrown around all day, your bones will 'break' a thousand times. These 'breaks' won't affect the overall structural integrity, in fact, you'd want them to happen. Your bones have hollow spaces in them and the tiny walls between each space will sometimes break. The body repairs them - if one wall breaks, calcium is put into it to mend the break and also reinforce it. Reinforced is good because later on, the falls won't hurt at all - you become 'used' to it.
All of that falls under 'conditioning the body' in martial art terms.

@ Zero - I know, I have that body. XD Which is why I went with Kung Fu. I probably should try Akikido next... But really, it sucks sometimes just on the appearance thing but I'm used to it.
@ Era - ... which one? I don't expressly recall starting a Wincest fic...

@ Senpai - Are high metabolisms just random and natural?
@ Tempest - All I know is that my stomach, shoulder, and neck feel like it got sucker punched whenever I try to move. The one where Ichika nd Chifuyu were in a hot house and both were making plans to freeload at Maya's house

*blinks* I never meant for that one to really go on...but I can try...
It's more of a wishful 'dream' to get two gorgeous oneesans all 'hot n bothered' without really trying... also... since your muscles aren't used to all that excercise, it's going to be a while before yoru body becomes accustomed to all that intensive movement.

@ Tempest
My body is hard to classify, since my bones are explicitly thicker than most people in my height range. I always ended up 15 pounds heavier than I should be despite explicitly not obese. @ Eras Usually natural, but talented athlete are just plain nuts, I remember an Olympic Swimming athlete can hog as much as 8000 Kcal per day, three times than normal people.

@ Tempest - I don't think getting heatstroke counts as hot and bothered
@ Treme - Try Kanzashi's class Male OC;s always get foisted to Ichika's class for some reason. @ Senpai - Need you advice: Once Irish gets in, what class should he pretend to attend? I'm stuck between Rin's and Kanzashi's. Side note - So it's really up to genes, huh? Are these usually a good or bad thing?

@ Tempest
Eras has the least healthy OC around here Also, never liked r34p doujin @ Eras Of course by ensuring steady activity, joining sports club, physical training...and anything to do with our brains (no, no kidding, our brain burns 60% of the oxygen, and probably the same amount of carbs)

Depends, without talent, a lot of effort has to be made.
Side note - You're kidding me? Irish has broken hormonal system and has mashed up internal organs, as well as weird food intake and preference.

@ Senpai - So it takes months, if not years. Any medicines or operations that can help with this?
Side note - Least he got bishieness out of it Of course, there's the whole thing with him dying the longer he keeps fighting I remember Stratos had an OC who had no leg usage due to an accident. She seems like she has it worse.

Current Progress:
I finally found a way to integrate both male and female lead. Spoiler for Spoiler:
Either way: Is the Ability to Scan lame? I really need people's opinion on this one..... (trying to make an ability that is lame yet useful..... but nobody bother to add points into it because it is boring.)

@ Senpai - I'm somewhat afraid to ask, but what do you mean negative effects?
Side note - Other than an incurable cough of death, how should I show progression to show how he's getting worse? @ Treme - Don't understand your spoiler. Also, scanning is useful, but boring most of the time.
