Morgiana was amazing. Tracking Alibaba down by smell, infiltrating his hideout unnoticed, and then princess carrying him back to Alladin... this is mighty impressive. And pretty funny

Alibaba's backstory was very powerful and enlightening. I'm glad they didn't rush this and took their time to tell it. It will probably continue next week, since we're still in the dark about a few things, mainly why he joined Kassim even though he betrayed him in the past. Probably has to do with the little sister's death.

Servants who carry a royal's child are usually kicked out without a penny to their name, preferrably without anyone finding out about the child. Single moms in such an environment usually have very few options, due to no one wanting to marry them, and there really are no well-paying jobs for women in such an environment.

And it's true that her new line of work had a high risk of dying due to illness.

Most likely the king tracked her down after he became king.

Prostitution is never a respectable profession..since when it is...? Even though at the very least alibaba's mother still somewhat respectable in the aspect that she raise alibaba and kassim well plus she did it because she have to unlike nowadays that some girl just sold their body just to get an iPad or other things..

But geisha is not really prostitution, right ? If we want to compare, they're more like escort lady or belly dancer of Ancient Arab. They concentrate on singing and dancing much more and prostitution is not always required.

Not to mention "tayuu" and "yuukaku" are high ranks in geisha, those that reach these ranks are very famous in society. And they also don't live in slum ^^
