Seiun wo kakeru
Synopsis:
There was once an ordinary and remote village to which a man, who had no relatives, appeared. Since then, everything has changed. Labor became pleasant, people stopped starving and became healthier, resulting in population increase. On top of that, the village started to flourish in trade. A time of huge change and considerable turmoil was about to begin, a revolution that no man could turn a blind eye to. In the ancient bronze era, even distant than medieval times, a certain blacksmith was yet to make his great effort. Although it's just 2 volumes, the web novel content has nearly 100 chapters which would be enough to release 4-5 light novel volumes. But be aware, as the release date (of web novel) is irregular and the author didnt update anything in the past 2 months (hopefully, he will recover ): Despite that I've put only the initial chapter on my blog, there are several more chapters waiting to be edited and proofread. So, if there's anyone1 willing to help me with editing and proofreading, feel free to contact me. You can sent me an email: hachidori108@gmail.com or just leave a pm. I think this much should be enough for technical details. So here's some more info regarding this series: author: Hizen Fumitoshi genre: ancient times, domestic affairs, invention, technology reform, modern knowledge, romance (no harem for now, but there might be a small hope for that in the future) Generally speaking, its an isekai teni type of novel (world transportation). The MC's name is Eiji (as you gan guess hes japanese) and has a wide knowledge regarding metal engineering. I think it gives the same vibe as in Risou no Himo no seikatsu, as both MC and heroine characters are likeable, and are deeply in love with each other. Unlike, Risou, there's no magic involved and no politics affairs (as for now, there's was none). A big plus for Seiun wo kakeru, is that you can notice how the village and its' people lives change which is really enjoyable, and although there's as well some development in Riso, it doesnt seem to be the main point in this series (more like strengthening political relations). The only minus is that the author sometimes pay too much attention into Eiji's invention which make this series kinda slow-paced and the irregular updates. Overall, I would give it 8.5/10. Update: more concrete pictures Spoiler for Pictures:

Hmmmn, I remember that this was talked a lot in the narou thread once or twice? The reason was that this is pretty much very realistic compared to the other isekai stories where a guy has a development ability and other world knowledge.
So yeah, don't expect silly thing like the guy marrying 20 princesses or chopping 3k enemy soliders like a dynasty warriors character, this is very slice of life oriented.

casgoldsmith@ Prongs@ No harem, and it doesn't looks like there'll be one. The MC is totally head over heels for Tanya (just like in Risou, I guess). The only hope for that would be any of landlords forcing a harem on him.
Yoburi@ No katanas, but he makes spears , not to kill people though. madmanthan21@ Glad it was readable, at least. Yea, there's no magic, apart from the MC being transported. Okashira@ Yup, it's as you say, everything he does is based on his real life experience. For a certain time, this wn was quite popular (maybe its still), despite the humble looking number of bookmarks (only 20k). Perhaps, it's because of the author's frequency of updates. |

Wut? He's right! Why is nobody mentioning this before? It's like... big deal, man... maybe too realistic. A widow hishoujo main heroine? That's like picking a fight with the world! Oh don't tell me her husband died on their wedding day
