Something seem's a miss

Last night, my computer froze (completely) twice, which has never before happened on this. I was hoping it would just pass, but it seems to have done it again today morning, and once again when I tried to log on, and now I'm worried that my computer may be infected by something.

I ran scans with Spybot, Malwarebytes, and Windows Defender in safe mode, but I didn't have anything come up except for a few cookies. After that, it hasn't frozen up again, but I want to get some help before it happens again. Even thought I didn't find antyhing, I have a feeling that there is something wrong because my computer seems to be a little more sluggish.

And here's logfile made with HiJack this if it helps any!
Thanks~

Spoiler for Logfile:

Strange, couldn't see anything that resembles something out of the ordinary, except that some users complain that the program "searchfilterhost.exe" eats up to 50% of CPU processing time.

What is byond.exe? Couldn't really get a clear idea from a quick google.

And i suggest you look at the windows event viewer right click "Computer" and "Manage" > "Event viewer". Look up the time, and see if windows made a report of the event that caused your pc to crash.

@soulassassin547:
Thanks for the speedy reply. I stopped Window's Search today morning before leaving for school and hoped it would fix my problem, but the first thing the computer did when starting it up in Normal mode was freeze...twice before much had even loaded. Right now, it's in safe mode with networking prompts. Everything seems to work over here...

@Sephi:
Ah, Byond is an online game player. I'm pretty sure of that one being safe.
I tried to look in event viewer and look at each section (From what I could see, Critical, Error, Warning ect. ) and they all have 7 or so events for every day in every area except Critical..so I dont believe I'm looking at the right spot.

Edit: I was just thinking...is their anyway way for some type of virus to transfer to my computer from my brothers PS3. It uses the router connected to the computer to access the internet. Even though the scan's havn't bought up anything, I cant think of any other reason. A few days ago, he was trying something and hooked up his PS3 directly to the modem for a few minutes. I'm wondering if that could have anything to do with it, though I cant really imagine. =/

Again, thanks for the help guys. I'm really worried now since everything works A Okay in Safe Mode. =/

One thing for certain: looks like we should be checking up the memory.

Try downloading Memtest86 and (since it comes in either a bootable disk or CD) have someone burn a copy of it. You put the Memtest disk into the drive while the PC boots up, and see if you see an error coming up as Memtest scans the memory. If there's even one error, either there's a loose module or one of them are shot.

Thanks for the help guys, I'll be sure to check both of them out.
I was playing around with my computer, trying to find what could be the problem and think I've found it. When I disabled my graphics card (Nvidia 7600), normal mode ran fine without any freezing. I tried to update my drivers and then, it seemed to work. But now, I'm starting it up again and it's still freezing.

I still think it has to do with my graphics card now, but I'm not too sure what. =/
