Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna [PS4/Vita]
Previously known as "Project Setsuna", Ikenie to Yuki no Setsuna is being developed by Tokyo RPG Factory, a new studio opened by Square Enix.
Initially announced at E3 but with no official title at that time, Project Setsuna’s theme is “sadness”, but not much else was being said. This is the TGS 2015 trailer that showed gameplay footage.

If nothing else I do like seeing more efforts to go to an old-school style with rpgs. You can do amazing things with the graphics and animations we have today, but you can make affordable and excellent games in this style. People get good games and it allows for more risk taking since you aren't investing everything into it.

I like the little I've seen so far, though I don't know how much I will enjoy a doom and gloom RPG about "sadness". Depends on the quality of the writing, I suppose. Looking forward to more information.

Project Setsuna is coming west on PS4 and Steam as 'I am Setsuna,' Vita seemingly dropped
I've been looking forward to it. I can understand why the Vita version was dropped. Horrendous load times...like 12~30 seconds each time you enter and exit
