What would you like to know? No seriously, what? If you are going to say "show friend your AMV" I recall my original statements, Burn and Mail CD.

Implications of what you said:
- you have hosting
- you have, or will need, a forum

Frankly, I'd have said the forum part is useless and you should email your friend a link to wherever you have your file hosted. But if you really want to put it in a forum... it's just a link structure. like the [url] construct in here.

If you don't have hosting, well, I really suggest you burn a CD. Or use AIM. Or ICQ. It'll be cheaper.
