They are sisters. The pink haired one works the cash register (I think at Gamers) and the blue haired one is her elementary school aged sister. They are rather poor because the elder sisster buys anime and manga while the younger sister would be happy just to be able to eat a hamburger. They are in I think three episodes and have speaking rolls in two of them. (Their longest is in the last episode when the elder sister takes them by train to Konata's school to see Akira perform...except that the campus is closed to outsiders that day. The younger sister is upset because they wasted money that could have been used for food.) I'm guessing they have more parts in the CD Dramas.

I don't recall their names.

what's the picture that's meant to be in it? i can see something but cant figure out what it is, i see a V-sign hand in the bottom left area but can't work out what the rest is supposed to be.

i think it might be kagamin as well. if you look down the middle, i 'think' thats one of her twin tails? so i tried to make out if its tsukasa on the right, but i think its just a speech bubble
