Hello ^_^

Been here reading dally all kinds of novels and manga thx to some people here and of course thx to the efforts of translators that I’m sure some of them are here as well.

As all novel readers know some story represent some ideas you usually don't think about on your own and it presents you with it where you than actually start thinking about it during and after you read it. A good example for me was Iris on Rainy Days and Sword Art Online which still until now are one of my favorite peaces I have read so far but that is not the point.

Basically both represent a different possible world and shows the situations that are different from what we are used in. Sure there are a lot of such Novel / manga / animes out there that do just that but those two go deeper and don't just focus on main character and his problems and they usually don't show the cruel reality of that specific world.

So latly i was wondering on an idea of what would a world be like if only women would be on this world with no or almost no men. They could be eradicated by some disease or war or some social means … what ever the case it might be I would like to see such a world.

So I'm basically now searching for a girl dominated world (Infinite Stratos is such yes but they are just socially dominate and there are still a lot of guys to go around so it's not what I’m searching for) I will basically take anything from romance to comedy or what ever as long as that world and the theme is presented in it.

So does anyone have a title for me?

So basically you want an all girl world?
Most of yuri shows are female dominated. Even though males still exists in the world, in their setting you usually see maximum two guys. I think Strawberry Panic had none at all.

With an all female world yuri is unavoidable, hope you understand that.

From more action orientated one I know Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox. It is actually an all female parallel world.

Strike Witches do have males but girls are the ones with super powers.

With more serious and bloody setting there is Claymore where females are special warriors created to fight yomas/monsters. Man do exist but female are superior.

Try Queen's Blade : All characters were females, even though some males are present in this fantasy world.
Same for Black Rock Shooter

The show you're looking for is called ICE. It's a three-part OVA series. Here's the description from its licensor, Sentai:

Oh I know yuri well and I have read and watched some and most of them that you guys suggested here. But as i stated in Infinite Stratos case I'm not searching for an anime / novel where girls have the front stage and guys are there but basically not a part of the story.

I'm searching for a world where in the past it would be the same as the one we live in but because of some disaster male population would almost or totally be eradicated. One option would be where a virus would attack only Y chromosome.

The problems such world would face would be 1. reproduction 2. society and filling up roles that are more man orientated like mining 3. family's ... would straight girls still chose to live with another girl 4. would hermaphrodites become a gold mine where now they are seen as freaks ... and so on.

Basically this is just asking for some harem comedy anime but at this stage I will take anything you can give me so please has such a theme been ever written before?

P.S. Thx SeijiSensei I'm looking in to this now. Anyone alse got anything more on this theme?

Nothing on such serious note. The closest I know is Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox where men never existed to start with. Series are comedy though.

it seams I may have found something that resembles this the closest so far. I still have to look in different leads that other forums gave me but ye.

Sadly it's a comic but it's suposetly one of the top 30.

As far as anime goes maybe Geneshaft but I haven't watched it yet.

Still I wish for something like this to be written down as a novel here T_T I mean the idea is here all you have to do now is get in to it ^_^
I guess that is to much to ask in the end ^_^

Well if I will have anything to update I will do so. Thx to all so far.
