You know what'd be a huge twist?

That they all actually died in a plane crash due to an experiment on the island, then were cloned and put on the island as another sort of experiment.

Just my random thought of the day. Though it would be nice for someone to come along with "The Big Book of Answers" soon.

You know, the thought passed thru my head at that time, then i forgot it, but it was like what you said, what if those bones are theirs? They said there are arround 80 corpses so the numbers can match, but when i saw the cars i thought that it couldn't be possible.
The idea was like a ¿french? movie i saw like 4 years ago, about an archeologist that somehow traveled in time and videtaped jesus, and he found his own bones together with the tape (that way knowing it was him).

Great twist. An airplane crashes on a mysterious island and the passengers don't know they are dead so they search out strange buildings to discover their true fate. I'll bet you could sell a TV series like that to ABC.

umm, don't be stupid now kids. This actually confirms the theory of them being on an secret experimental base more than anything. As i said, the real Isurugi Miina died and the one we have at hand is actually a clone. Seems more like Tooru survived and play another major plot device just like Kou-chan did (forgot his full name xd).

That was a fun read, I'm leaving it at ch.168 till the 4th tower's done. At first I wasn't so excited, because frankly it reminded me of Gantz (frequent deaths and no real plot development) but it got much better afterwards (becoming more like...hmm, resident evil?) in the pyramid and "lighthouse"(/belfry). Felt kinda wtf in between because although Hades was introduced quite early, he was just left out for 140 chapters or something and he somehow survived by himself in a place like that, so there are still many questions about him.

That is a possible theory, since she'd know everything about these creatures if she actually lived a part of her life there, but I had thought of something much simpler, that it was the grave of her grandmother or something - although that doesn't explain the amnesia as well as an impending confrontation with death.

the thing is, I don't remember her being on the plane. Where did she come from?

IIRC, she was just a random girl Morita somehow managed to find. So, I think it's possible that she is not from the other student's timeline.
