how some non-novel reader i saw that how they guess thing out
1. because kirito ruled out the possibility of there are things wrong with amusphere, so people must be killed by ways in reality
2. and thus it would need them more than one people in order to act in both reality and in virtual world
3. and because kyouji suddenly pop out from nowhere with a role like 'friend of MC' and such a minor role even have his name written on credit list, there must be something wrong with the character.

Exactly. The point is that they'd notice something and be satisfied with a half-truth and then miss the whole reveal because they'd think they caught the trick.

That's like one of the most common things you'll find in brain teasers... That's why they often work...

Now they'll definitely be surprised as to what's going on given the good way that episode was animated. That laughing coffin reveal was well-executed. I'm guessing the flashbacks will be inserted later on (like they originally were).

If I ever write a fanfic about this, I'd leave tons of hints pointing to Shinkawa as Desu Gan, only to have him killed by the REAL Desu Gan just as he showed up at Sinon's house to celebrate.

From what I can recall from volumes' 5 and 6 it never mentioned or was given any indication that she was a part of the crusade created to stop/destroy the Laughing Coffin guild.

Just because she wasn't mentioned doesn't mean she was never part of this.It seems pretty plausible to me that she would take part in the raid.After all she was a high ranking member in the strongest guild.

In a group battle of players vs players, there had never been a case when more than 30 players died. To be honest, Asuna herself had forgotten about the details of this battle. However, what left the deepest impression on her was the back profile of the «Black swordsman» that continued to swing his sword like a devil as he stood right in front of the crusade that was about to collapse. If it wasn't for him—Kirito's fighting, the crusade could have been wiped out.
