@zero: it pseudo shift means "fake shift", which in IS context means "Fake evolution". I'm not sure if engagement form is a fake evolution so I can't make that call. Though I do feel it's more an adaptation than anything.

Well, Tabane likened it to Overclocking while Iori use cancer/mutation as analogy (both are right, seeing as the Engagement form is monstrous and literally an I.S having hyper-metabolism, causing a gradual meltdown).

Anyway, please help me with scenario above.

There are various ways to make Charles lose rights on the Raphael. First and foremost is the fact that despite not being able to touch Charles since he's technically no longer French as long as in the boundaries of ISA, the same cannot be said for the Raphael. It is still property of Dunois, if the company just removes the name from designated pilot list then Charles' becomes little more than a thief if Raphael is not returned.

Actually a larger cable does have a larger resistance. It's just that there is more surface area for heat to escape from that the heat insulation cannot cope. I think Alternative Shift fits Engagement for most or Over Shift

As for the situation with Charles, I'm not too sure on the circumstances but it would work. I mean if they are twins, it's possible Charles' was only accepted due to the resemblance in physical make-up with Charlotte. However as they grew older, the IS also began to grow more distant with the male twin.

@ Senpai - Charlotte has many guns, but each one is specialized for a specific field and it takes time to change depending on how big it is. If she's using a sniper and her enemy gets close she's dead

That's what I mean. I was thinking about this because Cecilia's fear of being replaced in V6, due to her combat performance degrading. As a trade for this, I was thinking about giving Charles a dual-cored Armored Stratos, aptly named "Radiant Azazel".

Oddly, along with gradual lose of individual Sync rank, his Wavelength Resonance ability is amplified, allowing the usage of two sub-core unit at stable condition.

This is why "Fast Switch" came into field, normally you need 4 second to switch weapon (2 second store, 2 second summon) but she/he only need 2 second (1 s for store and summon).

It's canon ability, by the way. (though the numbers are my bull)
