I heard of many dubbing companies butchering anime.

One example of an anime being butchered, would be One Piece.
heard the American dubbing company that released it totally screwed it up.
changed so many things in it.

You talking about 4Kids and they're on a completely different level than other licensing companies.

No other company does the crap they do so I wouldn't use them as an example of the industry butchering series.

And sometimes the "butchering" turns out a lot better than just the dub, Super Milk Chan comes to mind

Yes, they are.

Very rarely are DVDs edited, and those that are:
- are known
- catch a lot of shit
- mostly 4Kids

Finally! I've got my hands on the 8th volume of the Manga: SERIES COMPLETE!
It's a little thicker than the other volumes (just a little), and they seem to have omitted a page that was in the magazine version (dragon age?). Anyways, the omitted page was the shot of

I heard this is a really good religious-themed series. Since all the anime are out on DVD, it makes sense to buy the box set I suppose. Does anyone know where ADV sells it?
