OVA 2: Wait, this isn't Charlotte?

Well, I guess we're back with Key again. The one with the crying girls. No, not Kanon. No, not Clannad either. The one with the exclamation mark. No, not Little Busters either! We're back with Angel Beats again and this seems to take place before the last OVA, as Iwasawa is still around. It's also really stupid but then again that's kinda redundant since this is Angel Beats. This episode revolves around the antics of the other girls in GDM, of which I can't be bothered to remember their names. Because what we need is to go over even more characters; was it really wise to take Nanoha's storytelling style?

Anyhow, the episode kinda picked up in the 2nd half after a lackluster first half. I think we'd be better off with the main cast's antics more but this is par for the series for the most part. Also, Yuri should probaly get some gloves and sunglasses at this point. Yuri's still funny especially with Yusa popping along but the show without too much Otonashi going on does feel like it's missing a lot.

And yes, probably even the more grotesque parts.

I certainly hope not.

I actually thought the episode was rather ... uninteresting. Just kinda there. For me the best parts were hearing the lovely OP and ED again.

Came to see the thread for Archon lolcap. It was more interesting than the episode .

But unfortunately this is the truth is this is what Key tends to be during their first halves of all their series.

It's almost as if this entire OVA was made because of the complaints about the other 2 members of Girls Dead Monster who kind of just hovered around in the background the whole time and then suddenly disappeared into the next life.
