There must be someone below Lelouch. It could be Suzaku. I don't think stabbing is nice to see on the cover.

That's why it's hidden on the cover xD
But well, the sword could very well (and that's what I think) be stabbed near of him.

It looks to me as a paper slip covered over the cover. I think we will be able to remove the slip when we see the real book. I hope this is the case.

Mutuality cover is so CC+Lulu surprisingly. The legs are way too feminine to be Suzaku's.

I think you could be right about that. Before you point it out, I haven't noticed the legs part.

I never noticed, I don't know. But I see lines down the pants and there's no way I could imagine Lelouch pointing a sword at or near C.C., It just seems too pointles or unlike them. Yet Lulu and Suzaku were enemies at one point, which would give the bit for the sword.

It's CLAMP. The "torturing" in their world is like "love". Trust me, i know enough of CLAMP to say this. XD

Actually...The torture, in Clamp works is more for ambiguous/enemies relationship, than for love.
If you just look in X , Kamui never tortured Kotori in any artworks (the girl he loved); But this kind of pic are more for Fuma/Kamui (the ambiguous hate/Frienship relationship) (and Clamp are some amazing commercials, they know what to do to sell (yeepee shonen ai pawaaa)
The whole sword concept makes me think it should be Suzaku, even if the legs aren't really masculine. But the whole fact that the person has pants and no skirt, dress push me to think it's Suzaku. Though if it's the cover, CC would make more sense. (But the sword and the way to step on the person...<_<" What a gentleman

)
Well but who cares, we know there will be both in the artbook (I bet more on SuzakuxLulu BTW
