Oh come on. It's the Ion cannon. Nothing can really blow up as much as the Ion cannon - the only thing I imagine that has more firepower than the ion cannon is Chuck Norris' roundhouse kick. =P
(All that said I was referring to the Ion Cannon bit)
The facts easily state that Chuck Norris once shot down a German fighter plane with his finger, by yelling, "Bang!"
He also once bet NASA he could survive re-entry without a spacesuit. On July 19th, 1999, a naked Chuck Norris re-entered the earth's atmosphere, streaking over 14 states and reaching a temperature of 3000 degrees. An embarrassed NASA publically claimed it was a meteor, and still owes him a beer.
As for the paddles, the paddle didn't hit Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris hit the paddle, and it left an imprint of his face. It was then sold for an infinite sum of money on Ebay. The person who hit Chuck Norris died of Roundhouse kickage a few seconds afterwards.

Little known Chuck Norris fact, Chuck Norris made up all the facts and is a huge bullshitter, even his mother said so.
Energy:
Almaria+Reishiki = Normal consumption. Technically, Almaria's the one with the drain seeing as Reishiki's drain is essentially part of the lifestyle now.
Tyrfing = It's own individual energy source. (Fusion Core) His drain is almost as bad as RH's. And Aurion obviously doesn't have Nanoha's insane amount of magical reserves.
Mental+Phyical Coordination:
Regarding this, normally, it'd be not too easy. This is another factor of Tyrfing's minimal use in StrikerS timeline. However, I have already prepared plans for a chapter that allows him, or rather reveals to him that he now has the means of doing so provided he designs Tyrfing correctly; plus some tweaks to Almaria and Reishiki. This has heavy involvement with Hayate and Barabus.
Well, what I meant is that, for you to be able to dual wield, you need to be ambidextrous and have incredible concentration and mental and physical coordination, in this case between Aurion and Almaria. Even if Almaria can take care of Reishiki, Reishiki is still part of Aurion, so for aiming and other things, Aurion still needs to move and coordinate with Almaria to attack properly.
In other words, you're basically trying to have two minds control a single body. I have a similar scenario to this, where Natalia and Emeralda will be...fighting to control Natalia's body... Obviously, that wont work.
Quote:
That is indeed disappointing... Anyway, Unison seems to do a whole lot of good for Vita and Signum, seeing as they can let Rein cast her spells while concentrating on fighting.
Good point, but I would have loved to see Vita and Signum kick some more ass with new forms or modes. Well, I'm sure everyone feels the same.

Yes, they'll be like Alaeith, free to roam, so it's up to Kha to inspire them to stay and fight for King and Country.
Interesting. I wonder if you will make scenarios such as Saber and Kamina leaving to fulfill their own destinies, and then coming back to Kha when he needs them most.
Haha, sorry, my mind burst has not yet stopped.

It's in the middle of Kha's Counterattack, while he is transforming himself with his knowledge and hence "mastering the only one he can do". And no it's not Tracing.
Then the Saber vs Dark Saber battle might happen sooner than expected!
Of course, it will happen if Kha comes to the post StrikerS adventure...

MOAR DestinyS snippet/teaser. :3
Spoiler:
~~~
The evening sky dawned upon the fleeting greens of the English plains, as a small mansion stood out clearly in the outskirts, away from the turmoils of the bustling London lights... the blowing wind of a breeze, like a soft melody of melancholy playing in the night, accompanied by the sounds of rippling leaves dancing in the skies... the small patch of grasses, with blooming flowers across the fields shone under it, as the clouds slowly covered the slow skies of the dawn...
The slow setting of the sun under the orange skies, dying the wold in red. It felt like a slow tick, for something's end.
"Father..."
Inside his small, modest room in his large mansion, an old sickly man lied down there, his breathing slow, as his eyes seemingly fading away. His wrinkles of old clear in sight, his hair of gray and white showing its age, and his battered bones of a veteran feeling its time coming to an end... Gil Graham knew that he does not have much time left in this world. And like a contrast, his 2 familiars... his 2 daughters, Aria and Lotte kneeled down as they each held his hands, both feeling a sense of distraught, as Lotte was close to tears, her eyes wet while Aria maintained a sad and calm demeanor.
~~~
Aria and Lotte, binded as their entire being was chained to the grounds, cried out as their master and father, Gil Graham bounded them, and petted their heads one last time...
"Father, please... stop this..."
He only smiled sadly, as he saw his daughter's tears fall. He had lived his life selfishly for more than 10 years once... 11 years ago, when Hayate was chosen to be the Tome's successor. It pained him greatly, for it was of irony. The one time when he had the Tome in his grasp, it went to the hands of an innocent 10 year old child who desired none of that power... but even then, he chose the greater good, because he believed it was for the best.
He was wrong. But this time, his selfishness... he believed it was right.
Placing out his hands, he chanelled a stream of magic towards Aria and Lotte, as he cut off his emphatic link with them as Master and Familiar, but still giving them one last dose of magical energy to be able to last several hours... More than enough time for Hayate and Chrono to reach here...
As he finished, he felt his body stumble forward lightly as he feels his body weaken even further, after releasing that much energy... his throat pained as he coughed furiously...
"Father!"
His daughters were sad... but he was determined.
"Aria... Lotte... thank you for everything the both of you had done for this foolish old man for so many decades... I wish the both of you happiness...goodbye."
"FATHER!!"
With those last words, he took out a small card from his pocket as he made his way outside his house as his foot, carrying his slow steps to the garden... came face to face with a young woman.
"It's been a while."
"...Yeah."
~~~
Removing his glasses, Graham gave him spirit a burst of strength as he felt his body slightly revitalized, as he released his device, a silver-white staff. As if a nodding gesture, the young woman too, took off her cloak, as she revealed her own wear of a blue Barrier Jacket dress with white and yellow linings. Graham's eyes looked calm as ever, as he noted her presence...
There was no doubt... Graham was reassured, as his eyes looked somewhat sad, saying...
"You haven't changed... from 40 years ago."
~~~
"Graham-ojii-chan..."
The remnants of the dust smoke cleared, as the victor stood clear. The young woman stood there, unfazed, with only her Barrier Jacket slightly cut in various places and her bun on her hair dropped down to the her waist... Hayate was fearful, but as the sight of a blue arm slowly formed from the dust smoke in Hayate's sight, Hayate was slightly relieved...
"Hayate, don't look!"
Chrono shouted out, but it was too late.
The dust smoke cleared further, as the hand of which Hayate laid her eyes upon, dropped to the ground... There was only a hand, and nothing else...
"Graham-ojii-chan..."
Hayate's eyes turned wide, almost white as the shock came upon her, as she dropped down to her knees... Chrono could do nothing, but gently touch her shoulders, as he slightly averted her eyes away from the gory sight of a hand, blood streaming from its end. Chrono too, gazed hard at the female assailant...
"You bastard..."
"Yagami Hayate, and Chrono Harlaown. Gil Graham's last progenies... Pity. If only the both of you were born a decade earlier... then, I wouldn't have to kill him in such a miserable state... He used to be a great soldier, powerful, youthful... time is merciless, but fate itself denied him. It was a sad end for a foolish man."
"You!"
Chrono growled in anger, and he almost wanted to lash out to her, but Hayate held his hand... as looking away, she spoke only one sentence.
"Shut up."
"Hayate?" Chrono looked worryingly.
"Hoo... big words from a child like yourself. What do you intend to do?"
"I said shut up... before I lose my rationale and kill you right here and now."
"Can you? You'll just end up like that pitiful Graham."
"KISAMA!!!!!!!!!!"
As if totally snapped, Hayate merely jumped forward as she flew as fast she could, donning her Knight Armor in mid-air as she disregarded any magic, any tactics, even her own specialty, as she only charged towards her with her device...
A surge of energies, released from the clash as the offense and defense clashed in constant... as the assailant held out another hand of hers, to shoot Hayate away, as Hayate flew backwards, crashing as her back slammed and smashed a tree in half...
"Close combat was never your forte, Hayate...but that last attack... was truly befitting of a Belka Knight... We'll meet again...hopefully in better circumstances."
With that, she teleported away... as Chrono, looking around quickly attended to Hayate, who was bleeding from her forehead, with a lips scratched, blood flowing from her lips.
"Hayate, are you alright!?"
Hayate did not respond, but her eyes... was clear as day...
~ Hayate~
Graham...ojii...chan.
Graham...ojii...chan....
That woman...
I'll never forgive you...
EPIC. We're witnessing what season 4 can only pray to be!!

Spoiler for Meeting an idol:
“Do you have an idiol, Tia?”
The question was asked so sudden, that an occupied Tiana automatically replied. “Yes.”
“Eeeh?!” Subaru’s face lit up. “Who? Who? Who?” she queried. Well, pestered was more close, Tiana instantly regretted telling her.
“That’s none of your business.” Tiana replied, glaring at her roommate.
“Aw, I’ve told you mine!” Subaru complained.
“Then that’s your problem. Just because you’re told me yours, doesn’t mean I am obliged to tell you mine.”
“Demo-”
“Nakajima! Lanster! Your turn!”
Tiana breathed a sigh of relief, saved by the instructor, now on to hoping that Subaru’s scatterbrain would forget this ordeal.
Luck seemed to be smiling on Tiana today, Subaru had forgotten the idol issue. Instead, after they had finished their training, she had gone off to get some drinks for the lunch break. When she came back, though, it was obvious that she had discovered something.
“Tia Tia Tia! Come quick, come quick!” She said, flailing as she grabbed Tiana’s arm and dragged her away.
“Subaru! Chotto, Subaru! Tell me what is going on first!” Tiana said, stumbling as she was being dragged away. As always she was amazed by her apparently gentle looking roommate’s strength.
“Someone from the Air Force came to the camp today; they say she was pretty high ranked!”
“What does that have to do with me? Don’t suddenly drag me off like that?”
“Demo, getting in the Air Force is Tiana’s dream, right?”
Well, that was true, but how would seeing some officer from the Air Force help Tiana in reaching that dream?
“Aaaaw, we missed her!” whined Subaru. Tiana sighed.
“Well, that’s too bad. Let’s get back before break is over.”
“Uuuu.” Subaru moaned as she dragged herself back, arms dangling while bend forward.
She was probably hoping that the Air Force mage was Nanoha.
“It’s time for us to split up, so I will se you after thoday’s training is done.”
“Uuuu.” Subaru gave no signs of having heard her, but slowly trotted off in the direction of her group’s field.
Tiana sighed again, and headed for her own group.
The training today was tougher then the usual. Normally they would hit targets at varying distances, or moving targets set on rails. Today’s targets were also moving targets, but they seemingly changed patterns on a constant basis. Just as Tiana was getting frustrated as yet another of her shots missed, a voice spoke up from behind her.
“Don’t try to see the pattern; they’ll just change whenever you do so. Try to feel where it is going next.”
Tiana had no idea who the person was, but the advice was sound. All tactics up to this point hadn’t worked anyway, so why not?
She focussed back on the target range out in the trees, and as the next target began zooming by, she looked at a certain point between two trees. “There!” She fired three shots, the first clipped the upper right corned of the target. The second hit the outer ring. The third hit the target dead in the center.”
Tiana stared in amazement. All three shots had hit?
“Heeeh? Sugoi, most people take at least a few weeks before they start to get it right.”
Tiana’s amazed look turns into a smile, and she turned around to thank the one who helped her.
“Arigatou gozaima-”
Her words were cut of mid sentence as she noticed who the person who helped her was. Long red hair tied with a black ribbon into a single tail on the right side of her head, a pair of aqua eyes were looking at the targeting range with an impressed smile. The white uniform of the Air Combat training officer division was immediately recognisable, especially since this one varied from the standard ones in one detail. On the right arm was placed a blue emblem featuring a pair of wings connected to a star.
The wings, the emblem of one of the elite Air Force units in the TSAB.
And the star, the mark of the Commanding Officer of that unit.
Before her stood Captain Takamachi Georashi Keroko of Rogue Squadron.
Her idol.
“Hmm? Is something wrong?”
Tiana was snapped out of her thought by the voice. Captain Takamachi was now looking at her, her head tilted and a look of curiosity on her face.
“Ah- ie, I- I’m really sorry! I was being rude, I should have saluted, and- and I-” Tiana was blabbering now, and was making motions halfway between a bow and a salute.
The sound of giggling made her stop, and she looked up to see her idol giggling at her antics, one hand half-covering her mouth and the other supporting the elbow. Tiana could feel her face glow red.
“It’s all right, you know.” She said, trying to calm the distressed Tiana.
“Ah, hai.” Tiana replied, managing to calm down somewhat.
“So, I guess that means you know me. What is your name?”
“Ah, sumimasen, training team number 32, Teana Lanster.” She replied with a sharp salute.
“Tiana, nice name. So, would you like a few tips?”
“E-eh?” Tiana was completely surprised. Was she actually offering to help a ground trainee like herself? Looking at the Captain’s face, she could see nothing beyond an honest smile that awaited an answer. “H-hai, onegai shimasu!”
Tiana re-took her place in the range, and took aim at another target that was moving. No sooner had she done so, though, when she felt two hands grabbing hold of her own, and Captain Keroko’s face appeared right next to hers.
“Don’t try to aim at the target, always aim slightly in front of it.” came her voice as she moved Tiana’s arm slightly more to the right. “The less you have to correct your own shots, the higher the chance you will hit.”
Captain Keroko’s hands moved to the trigger, and unleashed a few shots, the last one with slightly more delay then the others. They missed, and the target adjusted course, straight into the last shot. “Even if your shots miss, you can use them to adjust the course of your target. Of course, this won’t work for every target, but it’s a basic tactic. It works better in teamwork.”
Tiana was still in a daze as Captain Keroko let go. As she regained her senses, she noticed Captain Keroko was talking with another officer. She turned back to Tiana.
“Gomen ne, Tiana, it look’s like I have to go. Good luck with training.”
“Ah! Hai! Arigatou gozaimasu!”
As Captain Keroko waved one more time before leaving, Tiana returned to her training.
After it was over, she was nearly trampled by her roommate.
“Is it true? Did you really get personal training from the officer of the Air Force?”
Tiana backed away, raising her hands in defence. “It wasn’t really training. Captain Keroko merely gave me a few tips.”
“Captain Keroko? Captain Takamachi Keroko? Uwaaah, I’m jealous!” Subaru seemed both excited and deflated at the idea. Excited at the fact that Tiana had revieved tips from her idol’s sister, and deflated at having missed it.
Suddenly a light bulb went on in Subaru’s head, and she turned to Tiana. “Ne, Tia. Could it be that Captain Keroko is your idol?”
…
The question had been asked. Tiana would later claim that it was a pure accident that she answered truthfully, but whichever the reason, she did. “Yes.”
Tiana leaned backwards and started to explain. “It is my dream to get into the Air Force, so I have been researching into it for a long time. Eventually, I came across the names of famous people in the Air Force. Your idol was in there too, but Captain Keroko really caught my eye.” Tiana sighed. “When she began her job as training officer, people were amazed with her talents in air combat. She revolutionized several training methods, and trained many Air Force mages. When she was thirteen, she was put in charge of training what would later become Rogue Squadron. Did you know that there are rumours that it used to be a Squadron for washouts and misfits? The task was deemed impossible, but Captain Keroko managed to not just train them, but get the Squadron operational and among the elite, all the while never shirking her duties as an Air Force instructor. With her new Squadron, she engaged heavily in combat, earning both the nickname “Deathwing Keroko” as the officla title of Supreme Air Force Interceptor.” Tiana looked up at the sky. “They say that watching Captain Keroko fight in the air is like watching an aerial dance. I hope to be there some day to see whether those rumours are true.”
As she stopped her explanation, Tiana noticed that Subaru was awfully quiet. When she turned to look at her, she was faced with a teary eyed Subaru.
“Wha? What are you crying for?”
“Datte! That was so wonderfully told! It was so dramatic!”
“Gah, mo urusai, let’s get back to the dorms.”
“Haaai, ne ne Tia, don’t you think we’re alike? I mean, even our idols share a bond. Maybe this is a sign; we’re going to be the best team ever!”
“Subaru…. anta….”
As the two returned to their dorms, Keroko was in the cafeteria, reviewing certain reports. As she stretched and turned to look outside, her thoughts returned to an orange haired trainee she met this day.
“Tiana Lanster, ka? I have a feeling we’ll be meeting again someday.”
This is pure WIN! And just imagining dere-dere Teana is even MORE WIN!!!
More Keroko X Teana please!!

Spoiler for Alright, here's my new stuff. Hope it's better this time.:
It took a while, but ultimately Scott and Ariel were able to form some kind of understanding with the white-clad person. It was a rickety and edgy relationship to say the least, but at least it was something. There were certain details that would be left out, at least until they knew her better...but it was a start.
“We’ve known Kaylee for a while now,” Scott explained, keeping his voice steady as much as possible. Nanoha sensed something was bothering them about this bird, but she ultimately decided to leave it be for now. “She’s just intent on causing as many problems for us as she can.” Ariel nodded in agreement. Just play along, she thought to herself.
“So...you said your name was Nantoka?” Scott asked.
“Nanoha,” she corrected. A few memories danced in front of her, reminding her of the last time she was called that...many years ago, by a former adversary turned ally. She laughed lightly to herself, bewildering Scott a little.
“Right, right...” was all he could really say. Cyroian...or rather, Japanese...names always annoyed him. The people were fine – it was their language that confused him. He could shoot down 10 aerial targets in 10 seconds using the worst plane the silver falcons had – he could NOT pronounce a Japanese name for his life. Looks like now, however, is the time to learn.
Thanks to Nanoha, Scott pretty much had the area down pat. There were a few problems here and there, and the TSAB was basically an interdimensional police force. He was surprised he never heard of them before.
A few hours of discussion, Scott made a successful flight back to Skywind. He reached the bridge and its metal doors hissed open. He banked left and was about to assume his captain’s “chair” when he flopped down on it, exhausted. The bridge crew looked at him quizzically, then simply resumed their typical duties.
“How’d it go?” asked Melody curiously.
“Tiring. I must have messed up Naneha’s name at least seven times.” Scott replied. He sighed and buried his beak in his back – a tired or sleeping position for a falcon.
Melody gave a light chuckle. “I think you mean Nanoha,” she sighed. Scott was hopeless...
“I knew there was an O in there somewhere,” Scott sighed.
= = =
“Those guys who broke into the Infinity Library – they were birds?”
“Not what I expected either,” Nanoha replied, falling backwards and landing comfortably on the bed she shared with Fate. It was an...unorthodox relationship, to say the least. Sharing a bed would typically be a sign of romance or something, but their relationship just seemed the same as ever – nothing added, nothing lost. Or was there...? No, she was just getting ahead of herself...or was she?
Nanoha’s blond companion propped herself up on her elbow and listened carefully to Nanoha.
“It was weird,” she continued. “they can change between human and falcon form whenever they want, it seems. Quite powerful, some of them...and as birds; they probably fly just as well as any aerial mage.”
“How’d they get here?” Fate inquired.
“Seems they were fighting a war aboard their ship when they simply...appeared here. I don’t know how true it is though...they seemed to be holding a lot back.”
Fate’s expression grew more serious, so Nanoha quickly added, “I didn’t sense any bad vibes from them either. They weren’t combat cyborgs, artificial mages, or an interdimensional villain.” She continued, more memories coming back to her of a certain purple-haired mad scientist. It was only a few days before he made a massive raid on the Ground headquarters, and...
She suddenly became aware of the lack of warmth between herself and Fate – the source of said warmth was typically a sleeping Vivio. Who knows what they were doing to her – but it was guaranteed to be nothing to improve her health.
Eager to change her thoughts back to the silvers, Nanoha explained everything – their fleet consisting of the Skywind and the Silver Dawn...how they controlled elements and were aerial aces like Nanoha herself. It seemed kind of neat, seeing a fellow aerial ace. Being in RF6 meant she could hang around her friends a lot, but it didn’t offer a lot of opportunities to meet other people in other divisions when you weren’t fighting a war with them.
Still, she couldn’t help but find something amiss...like she forgot to tell someone something...
= = =
“Are you sure it wasn’t there before?” Chrono asked. He stared in disbelief at a sizable fleet that appeared out of nowhere and was suddenly knocking on Mid-Childa’s doorstep. The fleet hadn’t done anything yet, and how they got there would be looked into later – all that mattered was intercepting the fleet.
“Positive,” the young officer replied. “I can’t miss a fleet that big!”
Chrono took a deep breath and made an announcement. “Action stations, all hands. Yellow alert. Action stations, all hands.”
He looked at the fleet again, this time on the main viewer. What kind of ships were those? They were unlike anything he’d seen before. Not even the scanners could recognize their configuration, or even their weapons systems – yet those small wart-like protrusions from their hulls definitely were barrels of some kind. Barrels to a gun...a physical projectile, perhaps? Or something more dangerous?
He did, however, notice a distinguishing feature on one of the more heavily armed ships. It was in the middle of the fleet, and was without a doubt the flagship. “Silver Dawn...” he whispered.
= = =
“Hey Remington,” a young bird flew up from his console to Remington’s side. She ruffled her white and brown feathers, preening and keeping them down pat. “That fleet you spotted earlier – looks like they’ve seen us after all. They’re on an intercept course.”
“Thanks, Ayden. All hands, this’s Remington. Action stations.”
The lights aboard the ship dimmed and glowed yellow, alerting personnel to be at partial combat readiness. Who knows what that fleet was doing out there. At any rate, if they proved a threat, retreat seemed like the only real option – that planet probably had more ships down there, and she couldn’t afford to lose any ships here. Tactical manoeuvring was their only chance now.
“I hate late-night battles. I’d rather sleep.” Remington murmured to herself. “Come on, let’s get this over with.”
She stared at the main viewer. The ships looked deadly. She couldn’t make out any kind of weapons emplacements or anything, but those two large prong-like protrusions from what looked like the bridge were probably not just for show – she learned that from seeing the Skywind’s TP gun in action.
Typically now she would make some witty comment, like “Bring it on”, or “You call that a fleet?” Unfortunately, she was too tired.
Remington opened her beak wide...and yawned.
The viewscreen blinked a few times, alerting her that a message was incoming. She was met with the face of a young human, maybe in his early twenties, wearing black. Lots of black. And he had black hair. Did this guy have a black fetish or something?
“Attention unknown fleet,” he announced mechanically, as if reciting this from a script during a play. “This is Admiral....Chrono?” his statement became a question of great intrigue when he saw the face of his adversary. “Um...”
Chrono was at a total loss for words. A massive, threatening fleet looming ahead, and it was being controlled by a bird. A bird. This must be without a doubt one of the strangest encounters ever.
“Is...there...someone...” Chrono said, trying his best to enunciate each word so the bird could possibly...somehow...understand. “...I...can...talk...to?”
The bird blinked a few times, as if confused. “You can talk to me,” it said.
Chrono almost fell over. A talking bird. Did he take too much Tylenol? Maybe Amy was having some weird negative effect on him after all...they did say at his stag party that marriage messed up one’s brain.
Chrono sighed, regained his posture, and imagined he was talking to a space pirate or something. He would not look like a fool in front of a bird. They could still be hostile. “This is Admiral Chrono of the Time-Space Administration Bureau. State your name, registry number, and intention.”
Remington replied almost flawlessly. “Remington, lead Admiral of SFWS Silver Dawn, registry number XC-11601. Intention: to wait.”
Chrono blinked. “Admiral, you say? Don’t joke around with me. A bird can’t be an admiral.”
“What are you going to do now? Shoot me?”
“I still don’t know what you’re doing here. You could be a part of Scaglietti’s forces.” Chrono responded. Sure, it seemed pessimistic, but hey...better safe than sorry.
Remington blinked. Scaglietti? Wasn’t that a car or something? “Uh...who’s Scaglietti?”
“Alright, that’s enough. Shoot ‘em.” Chrono ordered. His ship swung to port, brandishing its broadside cannons onto the Silver Dawn.
Remington recognized the manoeuvre immediately. “Hard to starboard, max speed!” she ordered. The Silver Dawn lurched forward and steamed ahead, turning into the attack and presenting less of a target with her bow.
Chrono also recognized the manoeuvre. They’re pretty good, he noted. But I’m better.
At that, his console blinked on, revealing a sleepy Nanoha rubbing her eyes and dressed in a nightgown. “Hullo,” she said sleepily.
“Nanoha?” he asked curiously.
“Fleet up there. Friends of mine. Don’t shoot them.” She yawned and fell backwards onto her bed. A snore could be heard as Chrono’s console blinked off.
Chrono was at a loss of what to do for a second. His weapons were charging against a target that wasn’t hostile after all. “Hard to starboard!” he ordered.
The ship swung sideways, its guns aiming from the Silver Dawn to open space. The cannons fired and their shots completely missed, sending round after round of magical ammunition into the stars.
The two ships remained silent for several moments, each captain wondering what to do. Ultimately it was Remington who called upon Chrono.
“Changed your mind?” she asked.
Chrono didn’t say anything. He couldn’t think of what to say. After a slight pause, he apologized with a simple “sorry”.
Remington merely smirked. “Thanks,” she said casually before signing off.
“Geez,” Chrono said to the ceiling of his ship. “Next morning, Nanoha better have a good explanation of this...”
The stuff in this thread is too good for FF.net
And yes that's a pretty nice improvement. I would recommend now that you use double line spacing, just like Keroko's piece.
And yes that's a pretty nice improvement. I would recommend now that you use double line spacing, just like Keroko's piece.
Wha, I thought I....oh, for flak's sake!! See, I did double-space it, but Windows now automatically does it for you and stuff, and...so it came out as one massive block of text. Next time, I'm using Notepad for sure.
I'm re-paragraphing and re-posting it for everyone else's convenience.
EDIT: I will personally murder Bill Gates if this doesn't come out properly this time.
Spoiler for New and improved - with paragraphing!:
“Um...”

Indeed, HW rulez... But what's with the Nanoha background music in that video??
Total coincidence acutally if true (I swear to god)… I just went looking for a video with LOTS of ion cannon fire it (and fairly short without any boring pauses and stuff) and that was at the top of the list I watched it like once then linked it, never even noticed the sound track then... It is kind of familiar now though.
BTW, I keep forgetting to ask... Who the heck is "Midget"?
One of the 3 Legendary Admirals, Admiral Midget, who is apparently quite fond of Hayate/Wolkies and vice-versa. (( They once had a mission of being her bodyguard it seems ))

Good point, but I would have loved to see Vita and Signum kick some more ass with new forms or modes. Well, I'm sure everyone feels the same.
Ah, haha, I actually meant this to be an example only. As you say, if this was to become true, we still need canon confirmation.
Interesting. I wonder if you will make scenarios such as Saber and Kamina leaving to fulfill their own destinies, and then coming back to Kha when he needs them most.
Haha, sorry, my mind burst has not yet stopped.
Then the Saber vs Dark Saber battle might happen sooner than expected!
Of course, it will happen if Kha comes to the post StrikerS adventure...
OK... just the capital then...?
*runs*
...Will there be a director's cut edition?
*LOWE KIIIICKKKU >>>>>> me*
Haha, I did LOL at that, though. And well, what can I say, being an American I know first hand that...that may be true...
This reminds me, I forgot to mention, since Satty's fic takes place in June, we gotta keep in mind that the ERW were around since then.
ANIKI!!!
EPIC. We're witnessing what season 4 can only pray to be!!
Chrono and Yuuno gattai to form... IRIS??
This Iris is hot, I must say... Maybe I should give her a huge sword like that, and a gattai that turns her hair golden.
BTW, I keep forgetting to ask... Who the heck is "Midget"?
Count me in for the Norse one!
HOLY SH--!!!
Indeed, HW rulez... But what's with the Nanoha background music in that video??
This is pure WIN! And just imagining dere-dere Teana is even MORE WIN!!!
More Keroko X Teana please!!
The stuff in this thread is too good for FF.net
And yes that's a pretty nice improvement. I would recommend now that you use double line spacing, just like Keroko's piece.
C-CINQUE AT LAST!!!!
Ah, alas, we see her again...
And then she disappears. Again.
Damn it, Seven Arcs!
Well, we see how she lost her eye...and...
@Gale: Wait. She defeated an S-rank on her own? I noted you said that Tre was there but if that's so, then...dang. No wonder she was able to do what she did to Subaru, and I doubt that was all out.
Damn, I never expected all 12 of them to carry...his seed in them.
Damn, why couldn't it be...13?
Ginga: Subaru... I'm...3 months pregnant.
Looks like Adam will be killing his own father soon once he learns about the secret...

Content! Was inspired by myself mentioning Pixy and Cipher flying off to parts unknown during that last bit… More of the Inspection is coming too though, probably.
Spoiler for ZOMG PLOT?!:
Day before Inspection:
=====================
“General?”
“Ahh Tony! Good timing, much longer and I would have felt obligated to start on all this damn paper work.” Jack grumbled waving a hand over the various bits of paper strewn over his desk.
Tony opted to remain silent and simply waited for him to continue.
“No wonder you and T get on so well… Anyway you wanted something?” O’Neil asked curious, it was rare Tony requested anything.
“I’d like to be allowed some personal leave for perhaps two weeks; Pixy will be coming with me.”
“Ahh Honeymoon, have fun, and don’t worry I’ll keep it quiet.” Cipher didn’t appear flustered in the slightest and merely stared pointedly at his superior. “Blah it’s no fun when you don’t react!” Jack grumbled. “But seriously I doubt you’re going to catch some rays and drown a few worms, what’s going on?” He continued now dead serious.
Cipher seemed to consider for several seconds before responded. “I’m not sure if anything is going on, which is the issue.” He finally answered.
“You’re not one for wild tangents, spill it.”
“I have an acquaintance, on Usea, he called me yesterday and asked if I could come see him. He wouldn’t say what about, not over the phone he said he’d tell me in a person, and that it might be trouble.”
“Your opinion on that?”
“I’ve never known him to be one for exaggeration, and he seemed genuinely worried. I want to check it out, but with no real evidence I can’t ask you to back such a thing so I’ll just look into it personally.”
“Nonsense.”
“Sir?” Cipher asked slightly surprised by the reply.
“You’ve done more then enough for this organization for me to back you up on this, besides I’ve never known your hunches to be wrong.”
“I wish people would stop saying things like that…” He sighed.
“Afraid you’ll get jinxed?”
“No, it’s not true, I have been wrong before.” He replied mildly irritated.
“But never about anything important.” Jack quickly continued cutting off any reply. “I’m officially sanctioning this operation, now it IS just a hunch so I can’t send you a battalion of men and a battleship obviously, but you’ll be acting in an official capacity and if you undercover something don’t hesitate to call in the cavalry.”
“Understood, and thank you sir.”
“Don’t mention it. Looks like you’ll miss out of the tour tomorrow though… looks like I’ll have to find some other guys to being along, shame.”
“Yes, truly terrible… Well I best me going!” Cipher replied slowly before quickly exiting the room.
Usea two days later:
=======================
The trip had been uneventful and they’d procured a car from the locals and found the residence of their contact quickly enough. It was an upscale apartment building on the outskirts of the capital about 10 stories tall with a mostly glass façade. The pair parked and headed inside riding the elevator to the third floor and emerging into the hall, as they did though they where quickly assaulted by a sickeningly familiar odor.
“That smell…” Pixy remarked grimly as they neared their target apartment.
“Yeah.” Cipher recognized it too.
Burning flesh.
The pair approached the door carefully taking positions on either side of it and listening for any activity inside, hearing none Pixy extended his hand and pounded on it a few times. “TSAB, anyone home?” the question was greeted only by silence. “I’d say the stink coming from in there is probable cause…” Cipher nodded and Pixy moved out in front of the door to deliver a viscous kick that sent it flying inwards the lock smashed.
“Kind of wish we brought the newbie now…” Pixy mumbled as they both drew pistols, technically against regs (as if they cared), and moved inside carefully moved inside.
Magic was all well and good but when just sweeping a room and perhaps needing a quick snap shot at a low powered hidden attacker a good gun was often better. They’d have noticed if anyone with real magical talent was inside in any case, but there could still easily be a mundane hiding in a closet with a shotgun waiting to ruin their shit. Michael was the teams scanning man, but he wasn’t here so they’d have to do this the old fashioned way.
“Barbequed, nice...” Pixy remarked as they swept into the apartments main room and were confronted by a charred corpse sitting in a chair.
“Sweep the rest then we can examinee the vic.” Cipher replied as he moved over to a door that was probably the bedroom, Pixy moved to the other that was probably the bath. A quick search of both rooms showed no one else present and thus the scene was secure.
Pixy moved to examine the body while Cipher called it in on his phone. “This is Special investigator Tony Jones, I’m going to need some uniforms and a forensic teams down at 51 Park street, Apartment 315, we’ve got a probably homicide here.”
Stashing his phone again he moved up to look over Pixy’s shoulder as he looked over the body. “Is it him?”
“According to what’s left of this ID, yeah it’s him.” Pixy replied turning over the half burnt ID card in his fingers a few times and comparing the mostly in tact photo the unburned half of the mans face.
“Someone had to have noticed this... from the smell I’d say he’s been dead at least a day.”
“Maybe he was a bad cook, they thought he just burned the casserole again?” Pixy offered sardonically and earned a slight glare in response. “Anyway the burn pattern is irregular and it stinks of some kind of gas… I think this was done in a hurry, maybe even spur of the moment, unplanned.” Pixy continued with some more productive and probably theories while Cipher began to check out the rest of the room.
That could be, check that out.” He pointed out an empty can of lighter fluid apparently discarded near the door.
“I can’t see any major wounds, but then I can hardly see any of his back, still I somehow doubt he sat in this chair and slowly burned to death…” Pixy narrated as she slowly circled the body examining but not touching or moving it.
“I think I have an idea what may have done him in.” Cipher commented as he knelt down looking at another interesting tidbit on the floor and pointing at it for his partners benefit.
Pixy came over and kneeled next to him. “Shell casing.” He mumbled as he stood and surveyed the room. “I don’t see any holes or anything broken, I bet the pointy end of that is him.” He gestured to the corpse.
“Seems likely so someone comes in here probably ends up shooting him, and then makes a bumbling attempt to burn the body or maybe the entire scene. You’re probably right I doubt this was planned out much in advance.”
“Might have worked in an older place too, but this place is pretty new all the stuff in here is pretty much inflammable. You can even see where the accelerant splattered on the carpet but didn’t ignite it, even the chairs more melted then burned. Heh the vic was probably the most flammable thing in here.”
“I bet he didn’t stick around to make sure it burned either he probably just tossed a match on the body dropped the can on his way out and ran without looking back.” Cipher added.
“The lobby and the stairwells had some cameras on them; if we can get a timeframe we might be able to get an image of the perp.”
“I saw a computer in his room too I’m going to check that.” Cipher replied as he exited the main living area for the bed room, it didn’t take a genius to figure out the computer had been tampered with though, after a quick inspection he returned.
“Well?”
“The Perp wasn’t a total idiot it seems, he pilled the hard drive and even the ram from the machine. Still Stan would have kept a backup, but where is anyone guess, still I’ve got some ideas who he might have told.” Cipher reported grimly.
“We should probably pull paperboy in too; see if he can find anything useful in his online records.”
“Yeah we’ll call him when we get back to the hotel.”
It was right about then the first uniformed local police arrived at the scene.
“Ouch, that had to hurt.” The first man inside remarked on seeing the body.
“He was probably already dead.” Cipher remarked casually. “Anyway this is jurisdiction we’ll be in touch but we’re no position to process the scene so we’ll leave that to you.” He added to the men as he ceased his investigation of the room and moved for the exit.
“Umm, yeah sure.” The officer replied somewhat surprised the government agent wasn’t attempting to assert total control of the scene.
“Whatever exactly happened this is mighty suspicious… You get a call from an old acquaintance for a meeting and he ends up dead just before we show. Looks like you’ve come up lucky on still another hunch, one of these days though you’re going to miss one though and I’m going to be laughing all the way to the bank.”
“Gambling really is a waste of money, especially on something so silly.” Cipher replied shaking his head in amusement as he called the elevator.
“You never were much of a gambler in anything, so I don’t expect you to understand nor will I defend it beyond saying it’s my money and my life so I’ll spend it how I want to.”
“Hard to argue with that I suppose.” Cipher remarked with a shrug as they boarded the elevator and began their descent.
“So where are we going?” Pixy asked as they reached the ground floor and exited a few seconds later.
“Like I said I have some ideas about who might have back ups of his computer files we’re going to see them.”
“Lots of driving around and interviewing then… my favorite.” Pixy remarked blandly.
Could this be… an actual plot?! Maybe, and as for what’s happen, it’s been 15 years since the war, think about it.
And it clearly has a sort of “police” vibe too it, but hey I’m training to be a cop what do you expect! Besides you have to FIND the bad guys before you can blow them up! Anyway this is sort of what I've envisioned my guys as investigators/trouble shooters that can also handle the pwning phase once they've located and isolated a threat, rather like unofficial enforcers. (or at least what I feel an enforcers job is.)
I once predicted that Fate's old BJ was Sonic Form, but then I got sidetracked by Nana's Massive Wonders costume, but turns out I WAS CORRECT!
And not just that; even MORE crack is coming true!
Now, for my last wish...

Anyways, in case you missed anything Kha, Adam basically is going to rob a bank and meet Albert later on for the first (and screwing up on his Zero witness policy). Also with the recent revalation about Scaglietti being to start over as long one of his Numbers is alive is going to upset Adam...a lot.

Seriously, Fate + dual sword + Sonic Form = Best. StrikerS. Ever.
Now to see what they cooked up for Nanoha.

Kha has a one-handed Short Slash mode... And since Fate is a giant 2-hander specialist, where did she learn how to use one handers nicely... Also, Kha in Schneiderform uses a twin Falchion type variation of Short Slash mode...
