I think it is the body as well. Touma is almost the same size as Mikoto.

I can only wonder what uber-buff Tsuchimikado would look like now.

The about Raildex fans is that we're so easily impressed, we get excited about stuff barely related to Raildex- Like Kamachi writing the scenario for a completely unrelated game

Hoo~ the cover is already out? Man, I can't wait for the release...

Though, I'd have to agree with I_am_Kami, that seems to have been Touma's design for the last few volumes, but the way he's standing right next to Mikoto... he does seem to be getting a bit younger.

It is because of Touma's mother. He already has the atributte of atracting girls from his father and now his mother's atributte is blossoming. It's probably the same thing with saints.
