dunno if been asked but..why didnt the hokage bunshin disapear when it got hit? Firsstly when caught 1st he got hit you can see that by the blood lowing. Also when death goes through it it would also be considered a direct hit. As I understand, bunshins are suppose to disapear after receiving a direct hit?

Also why didnt this happen when neji hit naruto (the bunshin), he stood there for a few seconds first with time to act out lik it was real naruto.

The clones of Naruto disappear after being hit probably because the pain broke his concentration.
A better ninja like the 3rd can preserve his clones even when they're wounded.

If you didnt notice there was a pact with the death god. I dont think he will be slighted with it.
I think what the 3rd did was spread his remaining life force between 3 bodies. So instead of the bushin just desolving,it spirtual energy was ripped away into the other realm.
If it was that easy to use the death god,dont you think the 4th would have done it ;D

Just saw this episode (I was waiting for the Holy ANBU-AonE).
This episode is just perfect. As good as 72.
The God of Death was perfect: his creepy voice, and design... perfect Can't wait for next episode...

I want to see Tsunade in her full fledged boobilicious form. She didn't appear in the anime yet, monir-san. Not as an adult, I mean. Only as a kid in episode 72 (along with Oro, Jiraiya and the 3rd during the flashbacks) and she appears in the opening too, as said by Hunter-san. Also, Tenten already mentioned her in the anime (don't remember which ep).

But do not worry! You'll see a lot of Tsunade and her boobs in the next arc

If the anime continues with 2 chapters per episode... Tsunade will most likely appear for the first time in episode 85-86.

I have a question ..

When the 1st and the 2nd's souls were ripped out of the bodies, it showed two sound ninjas. Were they the two that participated in the Chuunin Exams? the girl and the guy?

yea, that was kin(tsuchi) and zaku(abumi)...they were tha sacrificed bodies used for tha edo tensei jutsu....as explained in episode 71 by tha anbu member....tha body is most likely covered with dust and remains of tha souls being summoned....


if u remember, Kin was Shikamaru's first opponent in tha prelims and Zaku was Shino's

man, seeing those two sound was really the most unsettling part of Oro's ambition for me...

I think it really drives home how insanely he persues his goals... killing two of his own. yikes.

while there wasn't any great animation, there wasn't any fighting that would have needed it. the art was just fine in my oppinion. I'm crossing my fingers that the slump we just endured won't repeat itself.

here's to the next good to great 20 episodes!

I think overall this episode was great, in pace and in artwork. I think that the pace has picked up which is good and I am looking forward to the next episode.

On the topic of Naruto's father...(manga spoiler)

In chapter 142, in the translation I have, when Kakashi is fighting Itachi and demands to know why he's in Konoha again, he says he's looking for the Fourth Hokage's Isan.

Isan meaning successor/lineage which strongly implies that Yondaime is Naruto's father which for convenience sake, would be plausible. Nothing is said about his mother though. Will keep eyes open for it. ^^

What he means by successor merely means that Naruto is the final "product of the 4th. It cannot be implied that he meant Naruto is the 4th's son. He merely meant that Naruto is going to succeed in the 4th's path cuz he kind of "left" a part of himself in Naruto. But then again, it would be nice if he was really the 4th's son. it also makes sense since i dont think anyone would have volounteered their new born baby as a carrier of a demon. I think it was the 4th who volounteered his son (Naruto) as the carrier since he wanted him to be the "hero" of the village.
