that`s the alternate dimension i`m talking about..2 male pilots only the "no male pilots" dimension will be posted here too and it will be the prequel of "alternate dimension". The prequel covers everything about the Infinite Stratos: White Knight Incident, Creation of Infinite Stratos, etc. The second " no male pilots" dimension is about the graduate

Now, in response to Wavehawk's challenge:
RED and BLUE yeah, it's rough, it's amateurish, and really messy, but I found that challenge a bit harder than I probably should. Still, I'm okay with the way it turned out. (It's not good enough to be on FF.net though, so I won't upload it there.) and if you're wondering...yes, I am called the Blue Flash

@Box: not bad, could use a clean-up, though, and some additional detail. I know you're trying to use the same format as the original light novels, but it's a bit jarring.
Still working on mine. Even though I put out the challenge, trying to make it unique and believable at the same time is taking some doing. Quote:

I was actually inspired (by all things) Thane from Mass Effect 2. I liked the way he expressed his memories, and thought I'd try and replicate the same stle for that--but that's only an intro. The story proper will have both those moments and regular prose.

It's not wrong to be less descriptive, it's just that we're writing in english--and most light novels are in japanese that are directly translated. It feels different.
That's my take, anyway. I always try to write the same way you would expect a novel (neglish language) would turn out.

i can't help but feel something just isn't right about it feedback could help me improve, as you can see, i'm more of a detective than a writer

I just gave you my quick feedback. I'm not going to read too much into it just yet.
One thing I can say is that if you watch anime but don't read a lot of REAL books, you'll never be able to make it as a writer.

Some authors whose books you guys MUST read: - Anything by Terry Pratchett. Evn if you don't like comedy, he has a talent for using words to make a point. PERIOD. - For military fiction: Stephen Coonts and Harold Coyle. Like Tom Clancy, but their characters are actually more human and fleshed out. - The Snow Queen by Joan D Vinge. Am not finished with it yet, but love this--women writers seem to have a really different take on fiction than men do, especially with Science Fiction. - Ice Station by Matthew Riley - Fellow Aussie Matt isn't really a good story writer per se, but he has a VERY good way of putting Hollywood action-movie moments in his novels. - Classics like books by Charles Dickens.
