With the actual sizes I can reduce them to fit a single DVD case that hold 2 discs. I've tried contacting Bandai and they have yet to get back to me on this matter as they might not have those slip cases on hand.

This is not for piracy this is for my work. I want try and redo these sets so that students can take out 2 at time in one DVD case like the other DVDs in our collection. I had only realized this later [after receiving the later sets] that I didn't have the slip cases for the first sets. So I had to put those sets out individually. So pass this along if anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it.

It seems images.google.com has what you're looking for. For example, a search for "Gurren Lagann DVD cover" seemed to turn up nice versions for both V1 and V2 of the series.
