Sorry to disappoint you. But I don't bother to check it in dept. It's not serious business enough to me. And I don't think each character's strength is the same in all tournaments.

If you are not so sure about the result and it can be changed later then isn't it better to delay the announcement or write something to clarify the situation? If your answer is "no" then it's just that we are not in agreement here. And it's probably not worth anymore discussion. It's simple that I don't feel like to trust them anymore. That's what happen when you don't take the announcement seriously.

I'm not that stupid. Looking at the result at first glance, I can also feel that something is wrong when the total votes are jumping from average. It is expected that Madoka has many illegal votes. I actually expect both to have illegal votes though. But it's fine. I don't try to picky about it. Now that you said the admin tried to recount votes by hand. Oh, well. I'm glad to know that he is so devote to his work. But he may be too tire now to update his site to latest results. If I have to ask anymore then can you tell other staffs to update it (including the conclusion of the tie match between Victorique and Kuroko)? Also, if it's not too much to ask, please update the title of the site to 2011 for English language. I fear that I may be mistaken as KBM 2011 never exist.
About updating English side of KBM, now that is a problem and something with history.

Homura put a curb stomping on Mio. If not for the earthquake, the Madoka girls would have made ISML and probably owned that to

I just find it suspicious how people bothered to multi vote for kuroko, yet claims that Misaka received zero multi votes, that's all I am saying , anyways good to see Homura, my vote for today:
8. Ruiko Saten

1. Kuroko and Victorique were tied. Just 1 set of multivotes were enough to tip the balance. In Kuroko's case, 20 multi votes were discovered, compared to 1 for Victorique

2. At that match, general sentiment was that Kuroko's victory would lead to hate voting against Mikoto, thus Mikoto hater had a reason to stuff the ballot with fraudulent votes for Kuroko.

3. Manual recount did discover about 10 multivotes for Mikoto, while Madoka had more than a 100 multivotes. Madoka. Madoka still was declared winner even after all the multivotes were removed.

I'm glad Mikoto lost. She's way too overrated anyway in my opinion. Her looks are completely normal (not even attractive), and her personality is quite boring. The only thing kinda cool about her is the fighting, but even with that it's hard for me to find any sort of moe in her at all. Her win in ISML was pretty lame, although ISML has always been lame....
This tournament isn't really that great either... yet I still follow it.

Anyhow, I hope Homura, or Madoka.. i guess, take over this Saimoe Tournament. So far so good, I'll continue to support those that I think really deserve it.

If Kuroko was the reason for anti-Railgun, it nearly lead to the entire Raillgun/Index team getting eliminated in one round. At least they didn't take their hate out on Ruiko. (Although I wanted to see Huang win alittle more.) Ruiko advances to the top 8.

If she went around telling everyone to shutup, or calling them a dog or some such, you would praise her personality as being Godly

Nope, never said anything about tsunderes. Nor did I mention Shana in my post. Liking a character, and thinking they're moe are two different things. But for some people they aren't I guess. ...I'm pretty sure I said I was backing Homura.

Gee. Bunch of Madoka girls again in the final 8... I mean, not to diss them. I don't hate 'em. But still... the results before the reset was much more interesting to look at.

But, if Homura or Kyouko wins it all, then it's all good.

Would have been nice if the Madoka girls were paired against each other.

NOT ANOTHER MADOKA FINAL PLEASE!! </3

Kyouko and Madoko both need to lose. Homura can win this competition. Although Erio would be the best choice...

Madoka girls (M) in configuration:

xM xx Mx xM

I smell cheating out of the tournament admins. It should be reset.

I can sadly see the Madoka final happening with the divisions of the characters like this. Not that I mind it, but..

Better between Homura and Madoka(two characters who deserve it ) than Kyouko and dam Mami .
