Point taken. However, if he were to overcome the disease, I highly doubt either of the other dragons could last more than a few minutes against him.

He's pretty much a Saitama (Onepunch-man) or a Rai (Noblesse), they are the strongest characters in their respective series so far (and by a large margin) but there's always some reason as to why they don't directly fight and take down every single antagonist which leaves the spotlight on the other, not as strong, protagonists to fight the antagonists. These characters are usually the ones that only really get to fight once everyone else is in a really bad spot or an enemy near their level shows up.

Rule of general shounen manga (is this shounen or seinen? I forget...):

Father figures/mentors, although not always, tend to be stronger than the MC, especially if it's in a martial arts manga

Im pretty sure that the guy is basically the Zen Master out of the dragons up since there's a possibility that he can destroy a dragon if he had his limiter taken out of comission.

also, a tiger and a dragon fighting will NEVER end.

So far I heard there is a rank in a fighters and they are Dragon, Tiger, Crow and Wolf. So far the MC isn't recognize as a dragon yet but I wonder what is his rank currently?

He isn't recognize yet to be given a rank higher than a dragon.

Doesn't stop the fact he could still very well be ranked higher than the dragons, officially or unofficially.
He's shown us he's just that good and by looks of it, for him to actually fight he'd probably be able to all 3 at same time.

That's something to look forward to, is him to actually fight someone instead of just dodging and evading, not to say I don't like all the close calls

I've said it before and I'll say it again, to avoid them in fights like he does and still be able to overpower them requires requires far more skill than he'd have if he were equal. Based on this, I do still believe he is much stronger than any of the characters we've seen so far (his father being the exception).

But it's the fact that he not only doesn't like to fight but also can't that makes it so fun and interesting xD

The disease is what's better known as the Plot Point.

Which is actually relatively unique among plots... I this this is honestly the first time I've ever come across an MC who has to actually avoid the ladies, and doesn't have a psychological scar which causes it
