Okay... so Kanzashi is Zero of the Black Knights. In a unit that's the bottom-half of the Zeong.

According to my personal opinion, PIC is used to 'float' while the thruster allowing maneuver. Possible to fly without truster but awkward as hell and rather slow.

As for disabling PIC, nope. it was never stated whether PIC is a single unit or is a complete system in all I.S. part (highly possible the latter). However Cecilia did mention anti-gravity wing, probably specific PIC unit used to fly.

And about Kanzashi's IS, looks like that it has 4 missle pods on it's wings. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No arm part = not cool.

If you notice however, the arm parts are still there, but their function is different: beam cannon and small missile pod.

@Zero: I made another mistake. Celeste's voice actor is Chihaya Minori. Her singing voice however is Hatsune Miku, which is really Minori's voice, just run through a voice synthesizer. Perfect for the cyborg who learns how to sing by programming herself with some homebrew.

Also, I realize that Celeste has accidentally turned into a MacGuffin. Remember what I said about my fanon relying on the theory that the power of thought is what gives IS its energy? Taken together with Celeste's lack of emotions... And her ability to manipulate IS shields...

Perhaps not an accident after all. Perhaps its a secret so dark that not even the Schwarzehase themselves knew about...
